2018-2019: NON à l’esclavage moderne : le travail forcé, une lutte à finir Год публикации: 2019 Организация-автор: International Labour Solidarity Centre Le CISO a entrepris avec ses partenaires une campagne de trois ans contre le travail forcé. En 2017-2018, il a ainsi demandé la ratification de la Convention 189 de l’OIT sur les droits des travailleuses domestiques et fait connaître les violations de leurs droits ici et ailleurs dans le monde. Cette année, il s’attèle à la tâche de faire connaître l’existence du travail forcé dans le secteur agroalimentaire et de l’électronique afin de favoriser une mobilisation plus grande et efficace contre ce fléau qui heurte la conscience et les droits de l’ensemble des travailleuses et travailleurs dans le monde.

Advancing Digital Equity for All: Community-Based Recommendations for Developing Effective Digital Equity Plans to Close the Digital Divide and Enable Technology-Empowered Learning Год публикации: 2022 Организация-автор: USA. Office of Educational Technology In spring 2022, the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Educational Technology (OET) committed to advancing digital equity through the Digital Equity Education Roundtables (DEER) Initiative. Through DEER, OET hosted a series of national conversations with leaders from community-based organizations, as well as families and learners furthest from digital opportunities. The “Advancing Digital Equity for All” resource illuminates insights from these conversation to highlight the barriers faced by learner communities and promising solutions for increasing access to technology for learning.The historic federal investments authorized by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act offer critical opportunities for broadband planning that can identify and equitably address the various availability, affordability, and adoption challenges described. Using this guidance resource as a starting point, it is essential that leaders collaborate with those most impacted by the digital divide to develop comprehensive digital equity plans that outline strategies to meet the needs of learners, their families/caregivers, and communities effectively and sustainably.

This study defined the adaptation gap as the degree of implementation compared to the adaptation goal and evaluated the effect of reducing climate change risk.This study prepared a climate change adaptation gap report through the process of selecting representative indicators, setting adaptation goals, and analyzing national climate change adaptation policies for five sectors: forest/ecosystem, agriculture and fisheries, water, health, and territory/coast.Through the writing of the climate change adaptation gap report, We identified the insufficient climate change adaptation measures and suggested the policy directions to effectively reduce climate change risk and ensure the effectiveness of future climate change adaptation policies.As a result, we emphasized the climate change adaptation efforts are needed, such as establishing climate change adaptation policies directly related to climate change risk, building the data to understand the effectiveness of climate change adaptation measures, and setting goals for climate change adaptation. 기후변화 적응정책 10년: 현주소 진단과 개선방안 모색을 중심으로 (Ⅲ) Год публикации: 2021 Автор: 송영일 | 신지영 | 박진한 | 박송미 | 김미래 Организация-автор: 한국환경연구원 IPCC 제5차 평가보고서(2013년) 발간 이후 8년만인 올해 발간된 제6차 평가보고서에서는 전 세계 평균기온이 산업혁명 이전보다 1.09℃ 증가한 것으로 발표하였는데, 이는 제5차 보고서 발간 당시 발표한 0.78℃에 비하여 0.31℃가 증가한 것입니다. 전 세계적으로 온실가스 발생을 감축하기 위해 꾸준히 노력해 왔음에도 불구하고 지난 8년 정도의 시간 동안 이와 같은 기온상승이 있었습니다. 이는 기후변화가 우리의 생각보다 빨리 진행되고 있으며 이미 배출된 온실가스만으로도 기후변화가 지속적으로 발생할 수 있다는 사실을 뒷받침합니다. 신 기후체제의 근간이 되는 파리협정에서는 감축과 함께 적응을 중요한 기후변화 대응방안으로 평가하고 있습니다.우리나라에서는 기후변화의 부정적 영향에 대비하고 기후탄력성을 키워 기후 안전 사회를 이루기 위하여 2010년부터 적응정책을 이행하고 있습니다. 지난 10년간 적응정책 이행 과정에서 발생한 성과와 한계를 진단하고 이를 토대로 개선방안을 제시하기 위하여 총 3년에 걸쳐 본 과제가 수행되었습니다. 3년 차인 2021년에는 제도적 측면의 평가와 기후변화 리스크 저감 효과 측면에서 적응정책을 살펴보았습니다. 본 연구에서 도출한 해외주요 국가들과의 적응정책 비교·분석 결과 및 적응목표와 이행 정도에 대한 갭(gap) 분석 결과는 적응정책을 개선하고 실효성을 높이는 데 이바지할 것으로 기대합니다. * 본 저작물은 한국환경연구원에서 '2021'년에 작성하여 공공누리 제'4'유형으로 개방한 ‘기후변화 적응정책 10년: 현주소 진단과 개선방안 모색을 중심으로 (Ⅲ)(작성자: 송영일 외)’를 이용하였으며 해당 저작물은 한국환경연구원 홈페이지(http://www.kei.re.kr)’에서 무료로 다운받으실 수 있습니다.

The announced learning goals are often associated with the notion of digital citizenship. At the same time, educational institutions are defining the digital learning environments that teachers and students must adopt. Positioning themselves in the digital humanities, the authors question the posted definitions of digital citizenship, confront them with the sui generis nature of the digital and its industry, and finally question the connection between these and the public school. Issues of citizen empowerment, autonomy, and governance serve the analysis and allow us to conclude that it is necessary to debate the pedagogical-digital contradictions. Si les États ont toujours eu à faire face à des tentatives d’évitement de l’impôt par les contribuables, la mondialisation a introduit une dynamique inédite d’évasion fiscale. Face aux « citoyens du monde », les États peuvent déplorer le manque de civisme par rapport à l’impôt ou entrer dans le jeu de la compétition fiscale. En s’appuyant sur une connaissance intime du sujet par l’auteur qui a mené une première carrière de fiscaliste international, sur des apports théoriques sur la citoyenneté et sur une enquête sociologique auprès de trente-cinq individus appartenant à l’élite économique mondiale, cet article analyse le cercle vicieux qui mine l’un Les dispositifs numériques ont colonisé de nombreuses facettes de notre quotidien et l’école obligatoire s’approprie maintenant cette évolution. Les finalités annoncées sont souvent associées à la notion de citoyenneté numérique. Parallèlement, les institutions scolaires définissent les environnements numériques d’apprentissage que les enseignants et élèves doivent adopter. Se positionnant dans les humanités numériques, les auteurs interrogent les définitions affichées de la citoyenneté numérique, les confrontent à la nature sui generis du numérique et de son industrie, pour enfin questionner le rapprochement entre ceux-ci et l’école publique. Des enjeux d’émancipation citoyenne, d’autonomie et de gouvernance servent l’analyse et permettent de conclure à la nécessité de débattre les contradictions pédago-numériques.

This thematic issue is linked to the creation in 2017 of a thematic axis within the International Association for Intercultural Research (ARIC). This network has enabled researchers to organize symposia questioning disability, intersectionality, and how the work carried out in more mainstream currents take into account or not the intercultural dimension to study the paradigm shift of disability. Fifteen years after the launch of the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) marks a societal desire to renew living together at the international level as well as at the national level for the countries that have ratified it, as revealed by the work scientific studies carried out from an intercultural perspective. After an introduction to the notions of disability and interculturality, which also refer to designation processes, which may or may not be crossed and compared in scientific analysis. From a multidisciplinary perspective, different angles relating to the diversity of representations of disability and the issues it raises in situations of contact between cultures are discussed. Ce numéro thématique est lié à la création en 2017 d'un axe thématique au sein de l'Association internationale pour la recherche interculturelle (ARIC). Ce réseau a permis aux chercheurs d'organiser des colloques questionnant le handicap, l'intersectionnalité, et comment les travaux menés dans des courants plus mainstream prennent en compte ou non la dimension interculturelle pour étudier le changement de paradigme du handicap. Quinze ans après le lancement de la Convention Internationale des Droits des Personnes Handicapées (CDPH) marque une volonté sociétale de renouveler le vivre ensemble au niveau international comme au niveau national pour les pays qui l'ont ratifiée, comme le révèle la travaux d'études scientifiques menées dans une perspective interculturelle. Après une introduction aux notions de handicap et d'interculturalité, qui renvoient également à des processus de désignation, qui peuvent ou non être croisés et comparés dans l'analyse scientifique. Dans une perspective pluridisciplinaire, différents angles relatifs à la diversité des représentations du handicap et aux enjeux qu'il soulève dans les situations de contact entre cultures sont abordés.
