Orientations pour l’intelligence artificielle générative dans l’éducation et la recherche Год публикации: 2023 Автор: Fengchun Miao | Wayne Holmes Организация-автор: UNESCO Ces recommandations ont pour objectif de soutenir l'élaboration de réglementations, de politiques et de programmes visant à développer les capacités humaines, dans le but de garantir que l'intelligence artificielle générative (GenAI) devienne un outil qui profite réellement aux enseignants, aux apprenants et aux chercheurs et leur donne les moyens d'agir. Il explique les techniques d'IA utilisées par la GenAI et dresse une liste des modèles de GPT qui sont mis à la disposition auprès du public, en particulier ceux qui font l'objet d'une licence à source ouverte. Il ouvre également une discussion sur l'émergence de l'EdGPT - les modèles GenAI qui sont entraînés avec des données spécifiques pour se mettre au service des objectifs dans le domaine de l'éducation. En outre, il résume certaines des principales controverses formées autour de l'IA générative, de l'aggravation de la pauvreté numérique à l'homogénéisation des opinions, en passant par les trucages (deepfakes) et les questions liées aux droits d'auteur. Fondé sur une vision humaniste, le présent document propose des étapes-clefs pour la réglementation des outils de la GenAI, notamment en rendant obligatoire la protection de la confidentialité des données et en fixant une limite d'âge pour les conversations autonomes avec les plateformes de la GenAI. Pour accompagner l'utilisation pertinente des outils dans l'éducation et la recherche, ce guide propose une approche holistique et adaptée à tout âge pour les processus de validation éthique et de conception pédagogique.

During the conference, they expressed their commitment to use the transformative power of education in order to address the global challenges we face. The Berlin Declaration was the main result of the conference.The Berlin Declaration on Education for Sustainable Development is an important document that emphasizes the significance of ESD for each and every one of us. It identifies concrete challenges the global community is facing and calls for changes that are urgently needed in order to fully integrate and strengthen ESD in all educational contexts. 
History Under Attack: Holocaust Denial and Distortion on Social Media Год публикации: 2022 Организация-автор: UNESCO | United Nations (UN) A new United Nations and UNESCO study together with the support of the World Jewish Congress investigates Holocaust denial and distortion on social media, measuring their extent and nature on Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Twitter and TikTok, at a time when the memory and fundamental facts of the Holocaust are under threat from lies, smears and the spread of violent ideologies. It provides recommendations that governments, online platforms, educators and researchers can implement to counter denial and distortion, prevent antisemitism and uphold human rights.This report aims to provide a wide-ranging assessment of the extent to which Holocaust-related content on social media and online platforms denies its factual basis or distorts the Holocaust by minimizing or misrepresenting its history. The report seeks to identify content that has evaded content moderation (on platforms that seek to remove content which denies and distorts the Holocaust). Perhaps more importantly, it also aims to provide an understanding of how denial and distortion about the Holocaust are communicated by people on online platforms.

Campaign "Social Protections, an Essential Human Right!" Год публикации: 2021 Организация-автор: International Labour Solidarity Centre Around the world, the COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the inequalities in the individual and collective protection measures that societies had access to face the crisis. Unsurprisingly, we found that not everyone was equal in the face of the pandemic, quite the contrary. Countries with higher rates of social coverage and labor formalization have seen their populations much better prepared and equipped to deal with the aftermath. In contrast, places, where a large number of workers worked in precarious situations, suffered from an increase in the unemployment rate and a much higher rate of contagion.It is therefore with the current pandemic context in mind that the CISO has decided to set up the annual campaign under the theme of social protection for all, to raise awareness among the Quebec public about the precariousness of work. in the South and the North and the importance of social protection floors to protect the most vulnerable workers. Through this campaign, we want to present social protections not as a privilege but as an essential human right for all. Sans surprise, nous avons constaté que toutes et tous n’étaient pas égales et égaux face à la pandémie, bien au contraire. Les pays avec de plus hauts taux de couverture sociale et de formalisation du travail ont vu leur population beaucoup mieux préparée et outillée à faire face aux contrecoups. Par opposition, les endroits où un grand nombre de travailleuses et travailleurs oeuvraient dans des situations de précarité ont souffert d’une augmentation du taux de chômage et d’un taux de contagion beaucoup plus élevé.C’est donc en gardant en tête le contexte pandémique actuel que le CISO a décidé de mettre en place la campagne annuelle sous le thème des protections sociales pour toutes et tous, et ce dans le but de sensibiliser le public québécois à la précarisation du travail au Sud et au Nord et à l’importance des socles de protection sociale pour protéger les travailleuses et travailleurs les plus vulnérables. Par cette campagne, nous souhaitons présenter les protections sociales non comme un privilège mais bien comme un droit humain essentiel pour toutes et tous. 
2018-2019: NO to Modern Slavery: Forced Labor, a Struggle to End Год публикации: 2019 Организация-автор: International Labour Solidarity Centre The CISO has embarked with its partners on a three-year campaign against forced labour. In 2017-2018, he called for the ratification of ILO Convention 189 on the rights of domestic workers and publicized the violations of their rights here and elsewhere in the world. This year, it is tackling the task of making known the existence of forced labor in the agri-food and electronics sector in order to promote greater and effective mobilization against this scourge which offends the conscience and the rights of all workers in the world.
