2016 한-유네스코 펠로우십 프로그램 최종보고서 Год публикации: 2016 Организация-автор: APCEIU 본 보고서는 2016년 9월 1일부터 10월 31일까지 열린 ‘2016 한-유네스코 펠로우십 프로그램’에서이루어진 활동 내용과 성과물에 대한 요약을 담고 있다. 올해 10회를 맞이하는 본 프로그램에는 아시아태평양 및 아프리카 17개국 25명의 교육자들이 참가하였으며, 두 달간 기초교육, ICT교육(e-러닝), 세계시민교육 및 소녀교육의 4가지 주제영역에 대한 참가자들의 이해 증진과 역량강화를 위한 연수로 진행되었다. 이 보고서를 통해, 다양한 주제관련 강의, 워크숍, 현장학습활동, 교육자료 개발 프로젝트 등으로 이루어진 이 프로그램의 내용과 참가자들의 교육현장에서 의미 있게 적용될 수 있는 결과물과 실행계획 등 성과에 대한 내용을 살펴볼 수 있다. 문의: 유네스코 아태교육원 교육연수실(ent@unescoapceiu.org)

The final draft of this document was prepared by UNESCO’s Division of Education for Peace and Sustainable Development at Headquarters in Paris, with the assistance of a drafting team. Transforming teaching and learning in Asia and the Pacific: case studies from seven countries Год публикации: 2015 Организация-автор: UNESCO Bangkok This publication grew out of the Third Regional High-Level Expert Meeting Beyond 2015: Transforming Teaching and Learning in the Asia-Pacific Region, held from 16 to 18 October 2013 in Bangkok, Thailand. At the meeting, over 40 experts from countries across Asia and the Pacific came together to exchange views on issues and challenges in teaching and learning and to reflect on pedagogical approaches for the future. The chapters in this publication originate from seven case studies presented at the meeting. The authors thank all the participants of the meeting for the valuable thoughts and comments they shared on that occasion.

The more than one billion youth and adolescents in the world today hold the key to our shared future and to global sustainable development. With a focus on Latin America, this publication addresses the need to regain young learners’ trust in education and to arrive at more positive social constructions of youth among educators, parents and education authorities. In so doing, this study looks at educational experiences as meaning makers that shape youth cultures and identities as well as their attitudes toward education and its potential to improve individual and collective well-being. It should be of universal relevance and mobilize all stakeholders in all countries. Education must be a stand-alone goal in the broader post-2015 development agenda and should be framed by a comprehensive overarching goal, with measurable global targets and related indicators. In addition, education must be integrated into other development goals. The future education agenda should be rights-based and reflect a perspective based on equity and inclusion, with particular attention to gender equality and to overcoming all forms of discrimination in and through education, ensuring that no-one is left behind. It must support free and compulsory basic education. It should expand the vision of access for all to reflect relevant learning outcomes through the provision of quality education at all levels, from early childhood to higher education, in safe and healthy environments. It should take a holistic and lifelong learning approach, and provide multiple pathways of learning using innovative methods and information and communication technologies. It should reinforce approaches such as global citizenship education and education for sustainable development, which foster attitudes and behaviours that promote peace, conflict resolution and mutual understanding, tolerance, critical thinking, and respect for cultural diversity and for the environment.
