The study concludes that pluralism rejects intolerance and that pluralism in Iraq must be respected. 
الاستراتيجيات التعليمية لتعلم مهارات حل النزاعات في المدرسة (مجلة المستنصرية للعلوم الإنسانية؛ Vol. 1-1، العدد الخاص) Год публикации: 2023 Автор: Haider Kareem Sukar Организация-автор: Mustansiriyah University تعد المدرسة إحدى أدوات المجتمع التي تحقق أهدافه التربوية من خلال جميع العادات السلوكية التي تؤمن للتلاميذ النمو السليم والمتكامل الى جانب الإعداد والتكيف للمستقبل بعد الحصول على النجاح والانخراط في مؤسسات الدولة او مزاولة النشاط الاقتصادي ويتعدى الأمر الى أكثر من ذلك في كثير من الأحيان بحيث يتشكل من خلال التعليم ابرز ملامح المجتمع وتتحدد مكانته في السلم الحضاري، لذا على المدرسة تحقيق جميع ذلك من خلال وسائل وفلسفة تربوية قائمة على أسس معرفية تقوم الجهات التربوية المختصة بتحديدها. وقد يسعى الابناء المراهقون نحو مزيد من الحرية والسلطة والتحرر الكامل فيما بعد من سلطة الوالدين والاخرين الممثلة بالمدرسة كونها البيئة الاوسع بعد الاسرة التي تحتضن الشخص، لذا نرى هؤلاء الابناء يقومون باعمال مثل الاساءة للغير وخرق النظام والقانون والغلظة في التعامل مع غيرهم او الوقاحة في تصرفهم معهم، وقد يرتكبون اخطاء ويسيئون التصرف عن عمد على الرغم من انهم يعرفون الصواب وقادرون على التصرف الحسن. لهذا فقد ادى تزايد مظاهر العنف والخلاف والنزاع في المدارس الى ازدياد اهتمام المربين على اختلاف مراكزهم لعملية تعلم وتعليم التلاميذ لمفاهيم حقوق الانسان واتجاهات التسامح بعامة ومهارات حل الخلافات والنزاعات باساليب وطرائق بناءة وايجابية. In the civilizational scale, so the school must achieve all means of education and an educational philosophy based on foundations with educational entertainment Adolescent children may seek more freedom, power, and complete liberation later on from the authority of parents and others represented by the school, as it is the broader environment after the family that embraces the person, so we see these children doing actions such as abuse of others, violation of order and law, harshness in dealing with others, or rudeness in their behavior with them They may make mistakes and misbehave on purpose even though they know what is right and are able to act well. Therefore, the increasing manifestations of violence, disagreement and conflict in schools have led to an increase in the interest of educators of all positions in the process of learning and teaching students the concepts of human rights and the attitudes of tolerance in general and the skills of resolving differences and conflicts in constructive and positive ways and means.

Technology, when used appropriately, can help make science classroom a site of active learning and critical thinking, furthering student inquiry and connections with different materials. It is necessary to develop human rights education programs and materials for discretionary and extracurricular activities as it provide them with the skills and tools so that they are empowered to take action to realize their rights. Human rights education is a critical means of instilling the knowledge skills, attitudes and values that can foster a culture of human rights, improving a shared language around the world of equality, non-discrimination, inclusion respect, dignity and participation that is crucial to the goal of achieving a more peaceful and just global society.

College of Education Ibn Rushd هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى معرفة دور المواطنة الرقمية في استخدام التكنولوجيا والتقليل من الاخطار الناجمة عنها، فقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستبانة لمعرفة هل هناك دور للمواطنة الرقمية في استخدام التكنولوجيا والتقليل من الاخطار الناجمة عنها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (102) موظف في وزارة التربية والتعليم لواء ماركا (قصبة عمان الرابعة). تكونت الاستبانة من محورين رئيسين، المحور الاول المعرفة بمفهوم المواطنة الرقمية، المحور الثاني دور المواطنة الرقمية في استخدام التكنولوجيا والتقليل من أخطار التكنولوجيا. ودلت نتائج الدراسة على أن معرفة عينة الدراسة لمفهوم المواطنة الرقمية بدرجة مرتفعة ؛ فقد كان الوسط الحسابي يساوي (3.887) على مقياس ليكرت الخماسي والانحراف المعياري يساوي(0.97). ودلت النتائج على أن وجود دور قوي للمواطنة في التقليل من الاخطار الناجمة عن التكنولوجيا ؛ فقد كان الوسط الحسابي يساوي (4.2) والانحراف المعياري يساوي (0.94). The Role of Digital Citizenship in the Use of Technology and Reducing the Risks Resulting from it (Alustath Journal for Human and Social Sciences; vol.59, no.3) Год публикации: 2020 Автор: Amal Mohammed Abdullah Albado Организация-автор: University of Baghdad. College of Education Ibn Rushd The current study aims to know the role of digital citizenship in the use of technology and reducing the risks resulting from it. The researcher uses the descriptive analytical approach and makes a questionnaire to know if there is a role for the digital citizenship in the use of technology and reducing the dangers caused by it. The study sample consists of (102) employees in the Ministry of Education Marka Brigade (the fourth Amman qasaba). The questionnaire consists of two main axes: the first axis, which is defined as the concept of digital citizenship, the second axis is the role of digital citizenship in the use of technology and reducing the dangers of technology. The results of the study show that the awareness of the sample of the study of the concept of digital citizenship is on a high level, on average that equals (3.887) of the Likert quinary scale and the standard deviation is equal to (0.97). The results also show a strong role for citizens in reducing the dangers caused by technology where the arithmetic mean equals (4.2) and the standard deviation was (0.94).

A scientific framework through researching what are the mechanisms that enable a local or national response to the peace-building process and community rehabilitation for conflict societies is introduced. The course also talks about the continuous guidance to face the challenges posed by internal conflicts in the course of human existence first, progress and development and the establishment of the modernization project and national stability secondly.
