미디어 문해력(Media Literacy) 향상을 위한 교실수업 개선 방안 연구 出版年份: 2015 作者: 박유선 | 전경란 | 박한철 机构作者: 대한민국 교육부 우리가 살고 있는 지식기반사회에서는 다양한 미디어와 정보 기술을 통해 쏟아지는 방대한 양과 형태의 정보에 체계적으로 접근하여, 이를 비판적으로 분석하고 평가하여 활용할 수 있는 ‘미디어 리터러시(Media Literacy)’가 현대적 의사소통 및 지식정보처리 역량으로서 중요하게 부각 되고 있습니다.과거의 학교 교육에서는 ‘리터러시’가 주로 문자로 표현된 글이나 책의 내용을 읽고 쓸 수 있는 능력에 한정되어 모국어 과목에서 다루어졌습니다. 그러나 현대사회에는 ‘리터러시’가 글과 책의 범위를 넘어서 다양한 형태로 된 미디어의 의미를 이해하고 생산하는 것으로 확대되었습니다. 이에 따라 주요 국제기구, 교육단체 및 세계 여러 나라의 국가 교육과정에서는 미디어 리터러시와 관련된 학습을 중요하게 다루고 있습니다.본 보고서는 “미디어 문해력 향상을 위한 교실수업 개선 방안 연구”의 최종보고서로서 미디어 리터러시 교육의 이론적 배경과 연구 동향, 국내와 해외 교육과정의 미디어 리터러시 반영 상황, 우리나라 어린이와 청소년들의 미디어 이용 실태 등을 검토하고, 초·중·고 교사들의 인식 조사 결과 및 국내와 해외 전문가들의 견해를 바탕으로 하여, 미디어 리터러시 교육의 개념과 목표, 내용 체계를 도출하였습니다.

Envisioning the Future of Assessment in Transformative Education: A Synthesis Report of the Expert Meeting on Evaluation and Assessment for Transformative Education: Towards and Beyond 2030 出版年份: 2025 作者: Esther Care 机构作者: APCEIU Transformative education calls for learning that nurtures not only knowledge, but also the values, attitudes, and behaviours essential for inclusive, just, and sustainable societies. Recent global discussions, including UNESCO’s Reimagining Our Futures Together: A New Social Contract for Education and the Recommendation on Education for Peace and Human Rights, International Understanding, Cooperation, Fundamental Freedoms, Global Citizenship and Sustainable Development, emphasise learning that fosters critical thinking, empathy, cooperation, and action-oriented engagement.Within this vision, assessment needs to evolve from primarily measuring achievement to supporting a process of learning that actively enables and evidences learners’ reflection, growth, and empowerment. Traditional approaches, which prioritise standardisation and summative outcomes, are insufficient for capturing the complex competencies at the heart of transformative education, such as socio-emotional development, critical reflection, ethical reasoning, and responsible action. These limitations raise fundamental questions about not only how transformative learning outcomes can be assessed across diverse systems and contexts, but also what purposes assessment should serve.To examine these issues, APCEIU convened the Expert Meeting on Evaluation and Assessment for Transformative Education: Towards and Beyond 2030, held in Seoul, Republic of Korea, on 2–3 July 2025. The meeting brought together global experts, researchers, and policymakers to discuss current challenges, share emerging practices, and consider strategic directions for reimagining assessment in support of transformative education.Building on these rich discussions, this report synthesises the key reflections and forward-looking perspectives shared during the meeting. Part I presents analytical insights and strategic considerations for advancing assessment in transformative education, while Part II documents the meeting proceedings, including presentations and collaborative discussions.

Participación del sector privado en la Educación en situaciones de emergencia: Derechos y regulaciones 出版年份: 2021 机构作者: Inter-agency Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE) Las iniciativas que buscan garantizar una educación inclusiva y equitativa para todos han generado peticiones para una mayor involucramiento del sector privado, afirmando que las empresas y las fundaciones pueden jugar un papel importante como socios para alcanzar el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible 4 (ODS4). En los últimos años, debido a la falta de financiamiento público y a la necesidad de respuestas urgentes, ha crecido la participación del sector privado en diversos aspectos de la programación educativa para la educación en situaciones de emergencia (EeE). Esta forma de trabajar, sin embargo, puede causar tensiones entre la participación del sector privado y la respuesta humanitaria en materia de educación. Es necesario resolver estas tensiones, lo cual requiere una mayor coordinación, abogacía y atención. Este informe explora algunas de estas tensiones y ofrece recomendaciones para apoyar la priorización de una educación pública segura, equitativa y de calidad para todos los niños, niñas y jóvenes afectados por crisis. La INEE apoya el derecho que tienen todas las personas jóvenes a la educación y reconoce al Estado como el principal responsable de la escolarización, en línea con declaraciones, marcos e instrumentos legales internacionales que reconocen y protegen el derecho a la educación.
