Al-Qaimari 机构作者: University of Fujairah منذ نشأتها في عام 1971، عملت دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة على تأسيس نظام حديث ومتنوع للتعليم العالي. وفي فترة زمنية وجيزة، تغلبت دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة على العديد من العقبات لتبرز كمركز تعليمي مهم في المنطقة، جاذب للطلاب وللأكاديميين ولمؤسسات التعليم العالي الأجنبية الراغبة في الحضور في هذه المنطقة من العالم. في هذا البحث نقوم بتوصيف التعليم العالي في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة: نصف أنواع مؤسسات التعليم العالي في الدولة، والهيئات الرسمية المنظمة للتعليم العالي، ونتحدث عن رؤية قيادة الدولة للبحث العلمي ولتطور المؤسسات التعليمية كما تم التعبير عنها في الأجندات الوطنية المتعلقة بالتكنولوجيا والبحث العلمي والتعليم العالي، وكيفية تأثر حوكمة مؤسسات التعليم العالي بهذه العوامل. يركز البحث على مواكبة مؤسسات التعليم للتحديات المستقبلية للتطور المتسارع في العلوم والتكنولوجيا، ما يعرف اليوم بالثورة الصناعية الرابعة، وكيف ستؤثر هذه الثورة التي بدأت ملامحها بالتبلور على التوجهات الإستراتيجية للمؤسسات التعليمية وعلى حوكمة مؤسسات التعليم العالي في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدةفي القرن الحادي والعشرين. External Factors Affecting the Governance and Strategic Directions of Higher Education Institutions in the United Arab Emirates 出版年份: 2022 作者: Ghassan A. Al-Qaimari 机构作者: University of Fujairah Since its inception in 1971, the UAE has worked to establish a modern and diverse system of higher education. In a short period of time, the UAE overcame many obstacles to emerge as an important educational center in the region, attracting foreign students, academics, and higher education institutions wishing to be present in this region of the world. In this research, we describe higher education in the United Arab Emirates: we describe the types of higher education institutions in the country, and the official bodies regulating higher education (Regulators), and we talk about the vision of the country's leadership for scientific research and the development of educational institutions, as expressed in the National Agendas related to technology and scientific research and higher education. How is the governance of higher education institutions affected by these factors? The research focuses on the educational institutions’ keeping pace with the future challenges of the rapid development of science and technology, what is known today as the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and how this revolution, whose features have begun to take shape, will affect the strategic directions of educational institutions and the governance of higher education institutions in the UAE in the twenty-first century.

Défenseur des Droits 出版年份: 2011 机构作者: Défenseur des Droits Le Défenseur des droits est une autorité constitutionnelle indépendante chargée de veiller au respect des libertés et des droits des citoyens par les administrations et organismes publics. Selon l'article 71-1 de la Constitution, le Défenseur des droits "veille au respect des droits et libertés par les administrations de l'État, les collectivités territoriales, les établissements publics, ainsi que par tout organisme investi d'une mission de service public, ou à l'égard duquel la loi organique lui attribue des compétences". Ce site permet aux habitant de France de connaître leurs droits, demander de l'aide à la défenseur des droits et recense les évènements en lien avec les droits en France et des ressources pour connaître ses droits (produits par la défenseur des droits). The Defender of Rights is an independent constitutional authority responsible for ensuring that citizens' rights and freedoms are respected by public administrations and bodies. According to article 71-1 of the French Constitution, the Défenseur des droits "ensures that rights and freedoms are respected by the administrations, local authorities, public establishments and any body entrusted with a public service mission, or for which the organic law grants it powers". أثر برامج التأهيل المجتمعي على المشكلات السلوكيّة لدى الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة ونوعيّةُ الحياة لدى أسرهم 出版年份: 2022 作者: Mohammad Abedel Hameed هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر برامج التأهيل المجتمعيّ على المشكلات السلوكيّة لدى الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة ونوعيّة الحياة لدى أُسرهم. وقد تم اختيار عينة مكونة من (115) أسرة من أسر الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة (75 أسرة منتفعة من التأهيل المجتمعي و40 أسرة غير منتفعة). واستخدم مقياس للمشكلات السلوكية ومقياس لنوعية الحياة. أفادت النتائج بوجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المشكلات السلوكية بين المنتفعين وغير المنتفعين لصالح الفئة الأولى فقد جاءت درجة المشكلات السلوكية لدى أطفال الأسر المنتفعة متوسطة, في حين كانت مرتفعة لدى أطفال الأسر غير المنتفعة, ووجود فروق في درجة المشكلات السلوكيّة, تُعزى لطول مدّة تلقّي الخدمات لصالح فئة متلقّي الخدمات لمدّة أطول, وعدم وجود فروق تعزى لجِنس الطفل. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة أيضاً إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة نوعية الحياة لدى الأسر تعزى لمتغير تلقّي التأهيل, وكانت الفروق لصالح الأسر المنتفعة إذ جاءت نوعية الحياة لديهم بدرجة متوسطة على جميع أبعاد المقياس في حين جاءت لدى الأسر غير المنتفعة بدرجة منخفضة, على جميع الأبعاد ما عدا بُعد الحالة الصحية الذي جاء بدرجة متوسطة. The Effect of Community-Based Rehabilitation Programs on Behavioral Problems among Children with Disabilities and the Quality of Life of their Families 出版年份: 2022 作者: Mohammad Abedel Hameed This study aimed at revealing the impact of community-based rehabilitation (CBR) programs on behavioral problems of children with disabilities and the quality of life of their families. A sample consisting of (115) families (75 beneficiary families and 40 non-beneficiary families). A behavioral problem scale and a quality of life (QoL) measure were applied. Results indicated statistically significant differences in the degree of behavioral problems between the beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries of CBR in favor of the first group, where the degree of behavioral problems among the children of the beneficiary families was medium, while it was high among the children of non-beneficial families, in addition to differences in the degree behavioral problems attributed to the duration of received services in favor of the longer duration, and no differences attributed to the child gender. Results also indicated statistically significant differences in QoL of families due to receiving CBR services, and the differences were in favor of beneficiary families with average QoL on all dimensions while it was low for non-beneficiary families on all dimensions except for health status. 
حقوق المرآة السياسية في الإسلام ودورها في المجال السياسي 出版年份: 2020 作者: Hussein Zubair Thalj Al-Fahdawi | Mayada Ali Abdel Nabi Karim الحمد لله الذي بنعمته تتم الصالحات وتجبر العثرات وتنال المكرمات وصلى الله على البشير النذير والسراج المنير وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين . وقد كان من توفيق الله تعالى لي أن توصلت من خلال دراستي هذه إلى بعض النتائج أوجزها فيما يلي: كرم الإسلام إنسانية الإنسان فرفعها الى اسمى الدرجات ولم يفرق فيها بين الرجل والمرأة، ب ل جعل الانسان )رجلا وامرأة( اهم ما في هذا الكون، ولما كانت المرأة نصف المجتمع البشري وهي الأم والأخت والزوجة والبنت، فمن الطبيعي ان تشارك الرجل مشاركة كاملة في كل مظاهر الكرامة الإنسانية، والإسلام الزم الرجل والمرأة ان يتعلما وان يتفهما كل شيء ويتفقها في الدين والعلم، والزمهما بالجهاد السلمي لنشر العقيدة والمعاني السامية كلا في الحقل الذي يستطيع العمل فيه . اتضح من العرض السابق أن المشاركة المتزايدة للنساء في العمل السياسي تمثل عاملا محوريا لارتقاء بالمساواة بين الجنسين وتمكين المرأة، فالمرأة المشاركة في العمل السياسي . وأن مجالات العمل السياسي كافة يباح شرعا أن يتولاها من هو أهل لها رجلا كان أو امرأة، كما إن نظرة الإسلام للمرأة منبثقة من نظرة الإسلام للإنسان المكرم فلا تمايز ولا اختلاف، وأحكام الشريعة تقرر فيها المساواة وتحقيق العدالة والأصل هو تساوي المرأة والرجل في أصل الخلقة والتكاليف الشرعية، وما اختلف بينهما هو استثناء للأصل، وما كان استثناء فإنه لا يصح القياس علي ه .وأخيرا إنَّ ما في هذه البحث من صواب؛ فهو من الله عز وجل، وإنَّ كل ما فيها من خلل وقصور؛ فهو من نفسي ومن الشيطان، ولا يسعني في ختام هذه البح ث المتواضع إلا أن أحمد الله تعالى؛ فالحمد لله رب العلمين والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد وعلى آلهِ وصحبه ومن والاه إلى يوم الدين The rights of political women in Islam and their role in the political sphere 出版年份: 2020 作者: Hussein Zubair Thalj Al-Fahdawi | Mayada Ali Abdel Nabi Karim Praise be to God, who by His grace the righteousness is fulfilled and the pitfalls are forced and the honorees and may God’s prayers be granted to the foreboding Bashir and the enlightening OS and all his family and companions.And it was from the success of God Almighty for me to reach, through this study, some results. I summarize it as follows:Islam honored the humanity of man, so he raised it to the highest ranks and did not differentiate between it between a man and a woman. Rather, he made a man (a man and a woman) the most important thing in this universe. Human dignity, and Islam. A man and a woman are obligated to learn and understand everything and agree in religion and science, and commit them to peaceful jihad to spread the supreme belief and meanings both in the field in which he can work.It was clear from the previous presentation that the increased participation of women in political work is a pivotal factor for the advancement of gender equality and women's empowerment, as women participate in political action.And that all areas of political work are legally permissible to be assumed by whoever is her family, man or woman, just as the view of Islam for women is derived from the view of Islam for the honorable man, so there is no distinction or difference, and the provisions of the Sharia in which equality and justice are established and the origin is equal for women and men in the origin of creation and costs Legitimacy, and what is different between them is an exception to the original, and what was an exception, it is not correct to measure it.Finally, what is right in this research is from God Almighty, and all the defects and shortcomings in it are from myself and from Satan, and I cannot conclude this humble research except that Ahmed is the Most High, praise be to God, Lord of knowledge and prayer and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions and from his family to the Day of Judgment. 
دور النيابة العامة في مكافحة عمالة الأطفال 出版年份: 2022 作者: Qasim Ahmed | Ohaibia Abdullah تشير ظاهرة تشغيل الأطفال إلى استغلال الأطفال في أي شكل من أشكال العمل بما يحرم الأطفال من طفولتهم،ويعيق قدرتهم على الذهاب إلى المدرسة، ويؤثر تأثير ضار عقليا أو جسديا أو اجتماعيا أو معنويا، ونظرا لخطورة العمل على صحة الأطفال، وتماشيا مع الاتفاقيات التي ابرمتها دولة الجزائرية في هذا الشأن، حيث وضع المشرع الجزائري أليات لمحاربة هذه الظاهرة منها تحريك الدعوى العمومية من طرف وكيل الجمهورية ضد كل مستخدم يقوم بتشغيل الأطفال دون السن القانونية.
