It follows that AI coverage must inform audiences about the implication of the technology itself, beyond journalism. For instance, reporting on the power dynamics in the changing relationship between companies, authorities, citizens and computer chips, and between data and algorithms. While many AI deployments serve public interest, journalists also need insight and expertise to alert about aspects like exclusions, unequal benefits, and violations of human rights. As part of its journalism education series, UNESCO’s International Programme for the Development of Communication (IPDC) has supported the World Journalism Education Council in commissioning this handbook. The aim is to inspire and empower so that journalism educators can help both journalism students and working journalists do justice to one of the major issues of our times. The handbook covers:• Understanding machine intelligence and identifying different types of AI• Exploring AI’s potential, as well as its strengths and weaknesses• Imagining diverse futures with AI by recognising pervasive popular narratives that inform public consciousness• Understanding journalism’s role in mediating and shaping AI discourse• Finding ways of reporting about AI in a nuanced, realistic and accountable manner• Making connections to existing genres of journalism, ranging from general news reporting to data journalism. Strengthening journalism education is one of the key results sought by IPDC, a unique intergovernmental programme within the UN system that specializes in media development. UNESCO’s Recommendation on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence: Key Facts 出版年份: 2023 机构作者: UNESCO This brochure is a summary of "Recommendation on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence". The Recommendation addresses ethical issues related to the domain of Artificial Intelligence to the extent that they are within UNESCO’s mandate. With its unique mandate, UNESCO’s Social and Human Sciences Sector has led the international effort to ensure that science and technology develop with strong ethical guardrails for decades. AI technology brings major benefits in many areas, but without the ethical guardrails, it risks reproducing real world biases and discrimination, fueling divisions and threatening fundamental human rights and freedoms. The Recommendation establishes a set of values in line with the promotion and protection of human rights, human dignity, and environmental sustainability. It advances essential principles such as transparency, accountability, and the rule of law online. It also includes concrete policy chapters that call for better governance of data, gender equality, and important aspects of AI applications on education, culture, labour markets, the environment, communication and information, health and social well-being, and the economy. Unlike other international instruments, the Recommendation includes monitoring and evaluation chapters and means for implementation in the form of a Readiness Assessment and the Ethical Impact Assessment to ensure real change on the ground.

Parmi les contributeurs de ce document figurent des experts éminents ayant une large expérience professionnelle et politique, provenant de diverses régions du monde. L’ensemble de ces neuves idées interconnectées éclaire la voie à suivre pour transformer l’éducation et les systèmes éducatifs et concevoir l’avenir dans une optique progressiste. D’une part, il réaffirme les principes de base, la compréhension et les engagements concernant l’éducation en tant que bien commun mondial et droit de l’homme universel ; il exprime également la nécessité de réinventer le multilatéralisme pour un nouvel ordre mondial et, surtout, de mobiliser des idées et des fonds pour transformer l’éducation. D’autre part, le document plaide en faveur d’un programme éducatif global, incluant les questions critiques suivantes: (i) visualiser les éducateurs comme des décideurs dans les systèmes éducatifs ; (ii) considérer les étudiants comme des acteurs actifs ayant des droits ; (iii) reconnaître la valeur et la spécificité de l’espace scolaire ; (iv) aborder les dilemmes autour de la capacité de la technologie à combler les inégalités ; et (v) revoir les contenus d’enseignement pour la durabilité des jeunes générations. 
العنف ضد المرأة، صوره وآليات الحماية القانونية منه على ضوء القانون رقم 15-19لسنة 2015 出版年份: 2020 作者: Houbah Abdel Qader,Awad Fateha تناولت الدراسة موضوع العنف ضد المرأة، وكذا مظاهر وآليات الحماية القانونية لها ضد العنف المادي والمعنوي المارس ضدها، وقد فرضت طبيعة الموضوع التطرق إلى أهم ما جاء به المشرع الجنائي الجزائري من نصوص تجرم العنف ضد المرأة بشكل صريح، وخاصة ما تعلق منه بالعنف الجسدي والعنف الجنسي واللفظي ...، حيث تشكل في مجملها مظاهر وأشكال للعنف. وقد كشفت هذه الدراسة أهم النصوص القانونية، التي استحدثها المشرع في التعديل الأخير لقانون العقوبات سنة 2015، حيث تم فيه تجريم بعض صور العنف الممارس ضد المرأة داخل الأسرة وخارجها، أبرزها العنف الجسدي واللفظي، زيادة على العنف المعنوي كالإهمال العائلي والتحرش الجنسي، وغيرها من مظاهر العنف الذي يطال المرأة في المجالين الخاص العام. ولقد شدد المشرع في العقوبة على مرتكبيها في إطار تجسيد الحماية القانونية للمرأة ضد العنف، وذلك من خلال سياسة التجريم والتشديد في العقوبة على مرتكبي أفعال العنف لاسيما المرتكب ضد المرأة. It has been widespread in recent years since the beginning of this millennium, as violence in its material and moral appearance has become a real threat to all vulnerable groups in societies. Violence against women in all its forms is also considered a crime punishable by law, which requires combating, criminalizing it, and emphasizing its perpetrators. Since violence against women is a crime recognized today locally and internationally, most laws and legislations have come to condemn it. It also recognizes its serious, health and psychological effects on women specifically. This research paper discusses the forms of physical and moral violence practiced against her, and to identify the mechanisms adopted by the criminal Algerian legislator following the recent changes taking place in the Penal Code for the year 2015 in order to combat violence. 
التحليل جغرافي سياسي لمحددات تمكين المرأة في العراق 出版年份: 2020 作者: Zainab Ali Mazloum, Lateef Kamel Kelaiwy يعد تمكين المرأة من الموضوعات الحديثة التي اهتمت بها الجغرافيا السياسية لاسيما بعد تبن الامم المتحدة في ثمانينيات القرن العشرين لاستراتيجية تمكين المرأة على خلفية التمييز القائم ضدهن على اساس النوع وحرمانهن من تكافؤ الفرص مقارنة بالذكور في ميادين التعلم والعمل فضلا عن رسم سياسة الدولة ، على ان التمكين السياسي للمرأة يرتكز على متغيرين اساسيين :اولهما ازالة المحددات التشريعية والادارية والاجتماعية التي تعيق المشاركة السياسية للمرأة وثانيهما ايجاد التدابير والاجراءات السياسية التي تدعم مشاركة المرأة وزيادة فاعليتها عبر تطوير قدراتها ، ناهيك عن توظيف تلك القدرات في الاطار المؤسسي للوحدات السياسية ، لذا تحرص الدول بمختلف مستوياتها وتوجهاتها ومنها العراق على ازالة فوارق النوع الاجتماعي وتمكين المرأة من خلال تحقيق التنمية الشاملة عامة والتنمية السياسية خاصة لكونها تحاكي التمكين السياسي ، بيد ان العراق قد تلكا كثيرا في هذا المجال بفعل كثرة التحولات السياسية والحروب التي طالت الدولة فضلا عن التحديات الكبيرة التي واجهت وما زالت تواجه صانع القرار السياسي العراقي بأبعادها المختلفة السياسية والامنية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية ، وعليه جاء هذا البحث ليتعرض الى المرتكزات السياسية والقانونية لتمكين المرأة في العراق علاوة على التطرق لمظاهر التمكين السياسي للمرأة فيه فضلا عن عرض ابرز محدداته في الدولة وتقديم الحلول الناجعة لها.
