Selon l'article 71-1 de la Constitution, le Défenseur des droits "veille au respect des droits et libertés par les administrations de l'État, les collectivités territoriales, les établissements publics, ainsi que par tout organisme investi d'une mission de service public, ou à l'égard duquel la loi organique lui attribue des compétences". التحول الرقمي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الحكومية بمحافظات فلسطين الجنوبية 出版年份: 2023 作者: Randa Ead Shrair هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى التحول الرقمي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الحكومية بمحافظات فلسطين الجنوبية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئاتها التدريسية، والكشف عما إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥α)، بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة حول مستوى التحول الرقمي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الحكومية بمحافظات فلسطين الجنوبية تعزى لمتغيرات: (الجنس، سنوات الخدمة، والدرجة العلمية، والتخصص)، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي/ المسحي، والرجوع للأدبيات السابقة، تم بناء استبانة تكونت من (30) فقرة موزعة على (4) مجالات، وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (123) عضو هيئة تدريس، وقد توصلت الدراسة ًإلى أن مستوى التحول الرقمي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي جاء "كبيرا"، ولم توجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة حول مستوى التحول الرقمي في تلك المؤسسات تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة. The Digital Transformation of Governmental Higher Education Institutions in the Southern Governorates of Palestine 出版年份: 2023 作者: Randa Ead Shrair The article aimed to identify the level of digital transformation in government higher education institutions in the Southern Governorates of Palestine from the point of view of its faculty members and to reveal whether there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05). between the averages of the respondents' responses about the level of digital transformation in Government higher education institutions in the Southern Governorates of Palestine are attributed to the variables: (gender, years of service, academic degree, and specialization); by using the descriptive/surveying, a questionnaire was designed consisted of (30) items distributed on (4) axes. After verifying its validity and reliability, the questionnaire was applied to a stratified random sample of (123) male and female faculty members. The study concluded that the level of digital transformation in higher education institutions was “high" and there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the respondents' responses about the level of digital transformation in those institutions due to the variables of the study . 
فاعلية التدريب الميداني في تأهيل طلبة كليات الإعلام لسوق العمل: جامعتا اليرموك والشرق الأوسط أنموذجا 出版年份: 2023 作者: Saddam Al-Masshaqbah | Ramez Abuhasirah هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى فاعلية مساق التدريب الميداني في رفع قدرات طلبة كليات الإعلام بالجامعات الأردنية الحكومية والخاصة، وتأهيلهم لسوق العمل، واستندت الدراسة إلى منهج مسح الجمهور، بالتطبيق على عينة عشوائية بسيطة قوامها (264) طالبا وطالبة في كليتي الإعلام بجامعة الشرق الأوسط وجامعة اليرموك، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة التزام الطلبة بالدوام خلال فترة التدريب الميداني في المؤسسات الإعلامية جاءت بدرجة "كبيرة جدا" بنسبة (%39.8)، بينما جاءت درجة استفادتهم من التدريب الميداني بدرجة "متوسطة" وبنسبة (%29.2)، وتمثلت أبرز المجالات التي تدرب عليها الطلبة في: "التحرير الصحفي"، و"إعداد البرامج الإذاعية والتلفزيونية"، و"فن الإلقاء والتقديم"، وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن واقع التدريب الميداني لطلبة كليتي الإعلام بجامعة الشرق الأوسط وجامعة اليرموك قد تمثل في: "قرب المسافة بين مكان السكن والمؤسسة الإعلامية مهم في الاستفادة من التدريب" بوسط حسابي بلغ (4.27) وبدرجة مرتفعة، بينما تمثلت فاعلية التدريب الميداني في تأهيل الطلبة لسوق العمل في: "التعرف إلى آلية عمل المؤسسة الإعلامية"، و"اكتساب العلاقات الجديدة في سوق العمل"، و"التعرف إلى مشكلات العاملين في المؤسسات الإعلامية". The effectiveness of field training in qualifying students of media faculties for the labor market: Yarmouk and Middle East universities as a model 出版年份: 2023 作者: Saddam Al-Masshaqbah | Ramez Abuhasirah The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the field training course in raising the capabilities of students of media faculties in public and private Jordanian universities and qualifying them for the labor market. The results showed that the degree of students' commitment to attendance during the field training period in media institutions came to a "huge" degree, at a rate of (39.8%), while the degree of their benefit from field training came to a "medium" degree, at a rate of (29.2%). In: "Journalism Editing," Preparation of Radio and Television Programs," and "The Art of Speaking and Presentation." training" with an arithmetic mean of (4.27) and a high degree. In contrast, the effectiveness of the field training was represented in qualifying students for the labor market by: "recognizing the mechanism of work of the media institution," "acquiring new relationships in the labor market." and "Identifying the problems of workers in media institutions.
