Toolkit for Mainstreaming Social Justice Principles in Development Policies 出版年份: 2020 机构作者: UN. Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (UN. ESCWA) The guide aims to enhance the capacities of policy-makers in member states in integrating the concepts and principles of social justice into national development policies, plans and programs, and to improve the knowledge about the direct relationship between social justice and the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, as well as relevant recent global agreements.The guide also provides a tool to address policy areas that are key for achieving sustainable development and to promote dialogue on how to design these policies using an approach that takes into account the concepts of social justice. To serve these goals, the guide provides a summary of the various approaches and factors that should be considered by Arab countries to ensure that public policies are sensitive to social justice concepts, irrespective of the countries’ capacities, needs, structures, and their economic, social, political and cultural contexts.The guide builds on the conceptual approach to social justice adopted by ESCWA, which is based on the principles of equality, equity, human rights and participation. It reviews the interventions, institutional work mechanisms and the various elements that promote the mainstreaming of social justice in public policies. Going forward, ESCWA will organize national and regional workshops to build government capacities on the guide and use it in their planning processes.

الهوية العربية في المنهجية اللبنانية الجديدة: مقومات وخصائص: مادة التربية الوطنية والتنشئة المدنية أنموذجا 出版年份: 2007 作者: مفلح، أحمد 机构作者: Centre for Arab Unity Studies هدف هذه الدراسة إلى الاهتمام بقضية الهوية العربية في المنهجية الجديدة اللبنانية من خلال توحيد مادة التربية الوطنية والتنشئة المدنية. وقد تم الكشف عن كيفية تقديم هذه المادة مفهوم الهوية العربية وكيفية بلورة مفهوم الانتماء العربي بالإضافة إلى التطرق للمجالات التي من خلالها يتم توصيل هذه المفاهيم والموضوعات التي تبرز فيها فكرة الانتماء والهوية. مع الكشف عما هو موجود في هذه المادة وقابليته للحياة والاستمرار في ضوء التغيرات التي حصلت في لبنان بعد وثيقة الوفاق الوطني (الطائف 1989)، وقدرتها على الصمود في وجه المؤثرات الأخرى في تربية النشء، مثل الأسرة والإعلام والبيئة والصحة وغيرها. وقد تبين من خلال التحليل أنه على الرغم مما حملته المنهجية التربوية الجديدة من التفاف حول حقيقة هوية لبنان العربية، وأنها قدمتها بشكلها الظاهري والنفعي والعاطفي أحيانا بما ينسجم مع التغيرات السياسية التي حلّت بلبنان بعد اتفاق الطائف، تبقى هذه المتغيرات في المنهاج الجديد متطورة جدا، مقابل التجاهل الكلي وحتى محاربة هذه الهوية في المنهاج القديم. Arab Identity in the New Lebanese Curriculum: Determinants and Characteristics of the National and Civic Education as an Example 出版年份: 2007 作者: مفلح، أحمد 机构作者: Centre for Arab Unity Studies This study deals with Lebanon’s Arab Identity issue in the new Lebanese curriculum through the unification of the contents of the National and Civic education subject. The study researched how this subject is presented and how to crystallize the concept of Arab Belonging, in addition to dealing with the aspects of communicating the concepts and subjects of identity and belonging. The study reveals the contents of this subject and its ability to be sustained and utilized given the changes in Lebanon following the Taef Agreement and the National Conciliation Document of 1989, and it tests the ability of this subject to withstand the other factors in bringing up the new generation - such as the effects of the family, media, environment, health and others. The analysis showed that despite that the new education curriculum calls for rallying around the fact of Lebanon’s Arab identity and that this identity is sometimes presented in a conspicuous, emotional and self-interest way, in harmony with the political changes following Taef, nevertheless, the changes in the new contents remain very advanced compared to how the identity and belonging were ignored and even fought in the old curriculum. 
اشكالية المشاريع التربوية وتوحيد كتب التاريخ في لبنان : مشاريع للتوحيد أم للتفرقة؟ 出版年份: 2012 作者: حلاق، حسان 机构作者: Lebanese Association for Educational Studies (LAES) تمثل المشاريع التربوية وتوحيد كتب التاريخ في لبنان إشكالية كبرى منذ عقود عديدة. وما تزال حتى اليوم حائلاً دون توحيد اللبنانيين في الرؤى السياسية والثقافية والتاريخية والوطنية، مما يؤثر سلباً ليس على واقعهم، وإنما على مستقبلهم أيضاً. إن الجانب التربوي والثقافي، بما فيه تعدد كتب التاريخ وتنوعها واختلاف وتباين مضامينها، هي من جملة الأسباب الرئيسية في انقسام اللبنانيين سواء في عهود الانتداب الفرنسي، أو في عهود الاستقلال، وسواء قبل الحرب اللبنانية 1975 أو بعدها. وبالرغم من أن اتفاق الطائف لحظ أهمية توحيد كتاب التاريخ في لبنان، غير أن جميع المحاولات من جميع وزراء التربية بين أعوام 1990–2011 لم تستطع إصدار كتاب تاريخ موحد يرضي جميع الأطراف اللبنانية. يعرض المؤلف في هذه المحاضرة تجاربه في لجان "توحيد كتاب التاريخ" ويقدم عدة اقتراحات لحل إشكالية التربية والتعليم وكتاب التاريخ، منها: 1) إعادة تأهيل الطالب اللبناني تأهيلاً وطنياً باعتباره قيمة وطنية وتنموية، 2) تعديل البرامج والمناهج التربوية بعيداً عن الحزبية والطائفية والمذهبية، 3) إعداد المدرس إعداداً علمياً ووطنياً وتربوياً، 4) اختيار العناصر الوطنية لصياغة كتب التاريخ وتوحيدها، 5) إعادة دمج أفراد الهيئة التعليمية في المدارس والجامعات عوضاً من الفرز القائم طائفياً ومذهبياً ومناطقياً وسياسياً وحزبياً مما يسيء إلى التربية والتعليم، 6) مراقبة وسائل الإعلام التي تؤثر برامجها سلباً في انقسام اللبنانيين، لأن توحيد كتاب التاريخ بدون ضوابط إعلامية لن يؤدي إلى توحيد اللبنانيين.
