In this regard, this problem has been attracting increased attention of researchers (primarily historians and political scientists) from Russia and neighboring countries for quite a long time. The article deals with the issue of the situation of the Russian and Russian-speaking population in the post-Soviet period and how it is covered in modern Russian scientific literature over the past five years (2017–2021), using the example of the countries of Central Asia. The SCO’s Role in Countering Terrorism in Central Asian Countries (Post-Soviet Studies; Vol.5, No.8) Year of publication: 2022 Author: А. К. Румянцева | К. Х. Рахимов Terrorism is one of the main threats to the security of humanity in the modern world. The intensification of the activities of the terrorist underground in the countries of Central Asia and the deterioration of the situation in Afghanistan raises the problem of terrorism to a new level and calls on the countries of this region to assist international and regional organizations in resolving this issue. Among the most actively developing interregional organizations in the Central Asian region is the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. The central goals of the SCO are directly related to countering and combating the "three evils": terrorism, separatism and extremism. The relevance of this paper relates to the growth of radicalization in the Central Asian region, as a result of which the proposed article analyzes the role of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in countering terrorism in the countries of the Central Asian region, examines the history of the origin and emergence of terrorism in this region, reveals in detail the key areas of the organization. In addition, the main adopted international legal documents on combating terrorism have been studied, on the basis of which the main stages of the development of cooperation between the member states of the organization for the implementation of anti-terrorist activities of the SCO are observed. Particularly successful cooperation in the fight against terrorism is noted in the conduct of joint anti-terrorist exercises within the framework of the organization's activities, and the activities of the SCO RATS are also considered in detail. The purpose of the article is to assess the potential of the SCO in terms of responding to new security challenges of the member states, primarily in the Central Asian region. To achieve the goal, the following research methods were used: theoretical and methodological analysis, descriptive method, and content analysis. The authors come to the conclusion that at the present stage the SCO is the most influential integration in the space of Central Asia. The organization's anti-terrorist activities show that this field is one of the most successful within the organization's work. Рахимов Терроризм является одним из главных угроз безопасности человечества в современном мире. Усиление деятельности террористического подполья в странах Центральной Азии и ухудшение ситуации в Афганистане поднимает проблему терроризма на новый уровень и призывает стран данного региона к содействию международных и региональных организаций в решении данного вопроса. Среди наиболее активно развивающих межрегиональных организаций в регионе Центральной Азии можно выделить Шанхайскую организацию сотрудничества. Центральная цель ШОС непосредственно связано в противодействии и в борьбе против «трех зол»: терроризма, сепаратизма и экстремизма. Актуальность данной работы связана с ростом радикализации в регионе Центральной Азии, вследствие чего в предлагаемой статье анализируется роль Шанхайской организации сотрудничества в противодействии терроризму в странах Центрально – Азиатского региона, рассматривается история зарождения и появления терроризма в данном регионе, подробно раскрываются ключевые направления организации. Кроме того, изучены основные принятые международно-правовые документы по борьбе с терроризмом, на основе которых наблюдаются основные этапы развития сотрудничества между государствами-членами организации по осуществлению антитеррористической деятельности ШОС. Особенно успешное сотрудничество по борьбе с терроризмом отмечается в проведении совместных антитеррористических учений в рамках деятельности организации, а также подробно рассматривается деятельность РАТС ШОС. Целью статьи является оценивание потенциала ШОС с точки зрения реагирования на новые вызовы безопасности стран-членов, прежде всего на пространстве ЦА. Для достижения цели использовались следующие методы исследования: теоретико-методологический анализ, описательный метод и контент-анализ. Авторы приходят к выводу, что на современном этапе ШОС является наиболее влиятельной интеграцией в пространстве ЦА. Антитеррористическая деятельность организации показывает, что данное направление является наиболее успешной сферой работы ШОС. 
Science Education in a Cultural Diversity Context: The Migrant Student in Chile (Revista Saberes Educativos; July-Decembe, No.11) Year of publication: 2023 Author: Carmen Luisa Alfaro Contreras | Iskra Pavez Soto The aim of this article is to analyze teachers' conceptions of science education in contexts of cultural diversity. In recent years, the presence of migrant students in Chilean education has increased, which has generated a meeting of diverse world views that stress the paradigms of scientific education itself. The article presents a study whose methodological design was of a qualitative nature. 13 interviews were conducted with a strategic sample made up of science teachers from the school system, pedagogy students, and university professors. The results reflect dissimilar ideas about the relationship between science and culture, generating, on the one hand, a kind of invisibility or denial of diversity and, on the other, a recognition of a multiplicity of ways of building knowledge, approaching an intercultural view of science. Stereotyped ideas about the student body and the lack of training to deal with cultural diversity are recognized. The main difficulties are associated with the characteristics of the school system and the hegemonic and monocultural nature of the curriculum. It concludes with recommendations on the need for a postcolonial scientific education and to democratize knowledge, with a focus on student learning that allows the development of critical individuals. Durante los últimos años ha aumentado la presencia de estudiantado migrante en la educación chilena, lo cual ha generado un encuentro de visiones de mundo diversas que tensionan los paradigmas de la propia educación científica. 
유아교사들이 경험하는 세계시민교육 실행의 어려움 (한국유아교육연구; Vol. 26, No.3) Year of publication: 2024 Author: 나예원 | 김고은 Corporate author: 한국교원대학교 유아교육연구소 본 연구는 세계시민교육을 실행하는 유아교사들이 경험하는 어려움에 대해 질적으로 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 세계시민교육을 1년 이상 실행하고 있는 현장 경력 5년 이상의 유아교사 5명을 대상으로 개별 심층 면담을 2회 실시하였다. 면담 전사 자료로부터 개념을 도출하고, 재범주화를 반복하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사들은 유아가 편견이나 고정관념을 갖지 않도록 하면서 정치적으로 민감하고 논쟁적인 이슈를 다루어야 하는 어려움이 있다고 하였다. 둘째, 교사들은 내용과 수준만 적절하게 조절하면 유아교육에서도 세계시민교육 실행이 가능하다고 믿는 한편, ‘전쟁’과 같이 복잡하고 무거운 주제를 다루는 방법에 대해서는 어려움을 겪었다. 셋째, 교사들은 학부모의 부정적인 평가에 대한 우려와 관리자의 예방적 조치로 인해 특정 주제를 다루거나 활동을 진행할 때 어려움을 경험하였다. 넷째, 교사들은 적절한 지원 체계가 없어 개별 교사의 역량과 노력에만 전적으로 의존해야 하는 어려움을 토로하였다. 다섯째, 교사들은 세계시민교육 주제를 깊이 있게 다루고 싶어 하지만, 유아의 흥미와 관심을 지속하고 확장하는 데 어려움을 경험하였다. 본 연구 결과는 유아세계시민교육 실행의 어려움에 대한 심층적인 이해를 도모하고 교사 지원방안을 마련하는 기반을 제공해 준다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
