L’éducation aux médias au service de l’éducation à la citoyenneté mondiale Boîte à outils pour les multiplicateurs du travail de jeunesse Año de publicación: 2022 Autor corporativo: Conseil de l’Europe Ce kit à outils propose une approche intégrée de l’éducation aux médias dans le contexte de l’éducation à la citoyenneté mondiale. Il explore un ensemble d’activités axées sur l’analyse critique et la production de messages médiatiques, l’analyse des algorithmes, la participation active dans les sociétés, le maintien de la vie privée, le maintien du bien-être et la gestion de l’e-identité. cette boîte à outils s’adresse aux éducateurs et aux multiplicateurs du travail de jeunesse. Les activités et fiches d’information proposées, conçues pour des contextes d’apprentissage non formel, peuvent également se prêter à une exploitation dans les environnements scolaires. En effet, la boîte à outils intègre les avancées les plus récentes en matière d’éducation à la citoyenneté mondiale, d’éducation aux médias et d’éducation à la citoyenneté numérique, qui sont susceptibles d’enrichir de façon fort utile les programmes scolaires officiels. Les activités pratiques ici réunies s’inscrivent dans le Cadre des compétences pour une culture de la démocratie et de l’approche des droits humains que défend le Conseil de l’Europe. En élargissant la portée de l’éducation à la citoyenneté mondiale avec des éléments d’éducation aux médias, l’éducation à la citoyenneté mondiale devient un outil plus efficace contribuant à la réalisation des objectifs de développement durable de l’Agenda 2030 des Nations Unies. This toolkit offers an integrated approach to media literacy in the context of global citizenship education. It explores a range of activities focusing on critical analysis and production of media messages, analysis of algorithms, active participation in societies, maintaining privacy, maintaining well-being and managing e-identity. This toolbox is aimed at educators and youth work multipliers. The proposed activities and information sheets, designed for non-formal learning contexts, can also be used in school environments. Indeed, the toolbox incorporates the most recent advances in global citizenship education, Media Literacy and digital citizenship education, which are likely to enrich official school curricula in very useful ways. The practical activities presented here are in line with the Council of Europe's framework of competencies for a culture of democracy and human rights. By broadening the scope of global citizenship education with elements of Media Literacy, global citizenship education becomes a more effective tool contributing to the achievement of the sustainable development goals of the United Nations Agenda 2030.

Children's Television Programs are between Entertainment and Education Año de publicación: 2022 Autor: Issa Abdi Nouria In this analytical study, we explored the relationship between children and television; we tried to determine the extent of the adoption of television programs by children where entertainment is superior to educational use, revealing the effects of children's exposure to programs that rely on having more entertainment than educational aspect we concluded that television programs directed to children rely more on entertainment aspect to attract children’s audience. Children's television programs that rely on the entertainment dimension have been affected more than educational programs on their behaviors and effects more their psychological, social and educational aspects. 
Media Literacy for Global Education: Toolkit for Youth Multipliers Año de publicación: 2022 Autor corporativo: North-South Centre of the Council of Europe | Council of Europe | European Union (EU) This toolkit targets youth multipliers and educators and gathers practical and contextual information about Media Literacy (ML) and its contribution to the field of Global Education (GE). Its activities and fact sheets are focused on non-formal learning contexts, but they can also be implemented in schools since the toolkit combines the most recent developments in GE, ML and Digital Citizenship Education useful to enrich formal school curricula. All the practical activities proposed in the toolkit are in line with the Competences for Democratic Culture and the Human Rights approach of the Council of Europe.The toolkit’s main aim is to empower practitioners on ML, but also to provide the wider public with the knowledge and tools to become more responsible and active citizens, offering activities focused on the critical analysis and production of media messages, analysis of algorithms, active participation in societies, maintenance of privacy, maintenance of well-being and management of e-identity. 
세계시민을 위한 미디어정보리터러시 교안 개발 연구 Año de publicación: 2022 Autor: 김아미 | 김영은 | 박다혜 | 박유신 | 고기식 | 김현정 Autor corporativo: 유네스코한국위원회 어린이·청소년은 디지털 공간에서 세계시민이자 디지털 시민으로 성장하고 있다. 그러나 지금까지 어린이·청소년과 디지털 미디어를 논할 때에는 어린이·청소년을 미디어로부터 보호하거나 과의존을 방지하는 교육을 강조하거나 디지털 공간에서의 에티켓 교육 등에 치우친 경향이 있다. 하지만 어린이·청소년은 이미 디지털 공간의 중요한 구성원이자 성인과 미디어를 함께 경험해 나가는 주체이므로, 어린이·청소년이 디지털 세상에서 누려야 하는 권리는 무엇인지, 그리고 그러한 권리를 어떻게 지킬 것인지에 대한 보다 활발한 논의가 필요하다.어린이·청소년의 경험과 요구를 이해하고 학습자와 교육자가 함께 만들어가는 미디어정보리터러시 교육이야말로 지금 디지털 시민이자 세계시민으로 성장하는 어린이·청소년에게 필수적인 역량을 함양시킬 수 있는 교육일 것이다.이에 본 연구는 어린이·청소년이 경험하는 여러 미디어 관련 이슈에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 하여, 세계시민을 위한 미디어정보리터러시 교육안을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히 유엔아동권리협약 제12조에서 강조하고 있는 어린이·청소년의 참여권을 지원하기 위하여, 당사자의 목소리를 듣고 이를 반영하는 어린이·청소년 참여형 연구(participatory research)를 계획하였다.
