International Congress on ICT in education was held in Qingdao

The three-day international conference on ICT in education 2015 held in Qingdao and the Qingdao Declaration was adopted. At the closing ceremony, the Ministry of Education and UNESCO signed the Memorandum of Understanding on the Cooperation of ICT in education
