حقوق المرآة السياسية في الإسلام ودورها في المجال السياسي Année de publication: 2020 Auteur: Hussein Zubair Thalj Al-Fahdawi | Mayada Ali Abdel Nabi Karim الحمد لله الذي بنعمته تتم الصالحات وتجبر العثرات وتنال المكرمات وصلى الله على البشير النذير والسراج المنير وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين . وقد كان من توفيق الله تعالى لي أن توصلت من خلال دراستي هذه إلى بعض النتائج أوجزها فيما يلي: كرم الإسلام إنسانية الإنسان فرفعها الى اسمى الدرجات ولم يفرق فيها بين الرجل والمرأة، ب ل جعل الانسان )رجلا وامرأة( اهم ما في هذا الكون، ولما كانت المرأة نصف المجتمع البشري وهي الأم والأخت والزوجة والبنت، فمن الطبيعي ان تشارك الرجل مشاركة كاملة في كل مظاهر الكرامة الإنسانية، والإسلام الزم الرجل والمرأة ان يتعلما وان يتفهما كل شيء ويتفقها في الدين والعلم، والزمهما بالجهاد السلمي لنشر العقيدة والمعاني السامية كلا في الحقل الذي يستطيع العمل فيه . اتضح من العرض السابق أن المشاركة المتزايدة للنساء في العمل السياسي تمثل عاملا محوريا لارتقاء بالمساواة بين الجنسين وتمكين المرأة، فالمرأة المشاركة في العمل السياسي . وأن مجالات العمل السياسي كافة يباح شرعا أن يتولاها من هو أهل لها رجلا كان أو امرأة، كما إن نظرة الإسلام للمرأة منبثقة من نظرة الإسلام للإنسان المكرم فلا تمايز ولا اختلاف، وأحكام الشريعة تقرر فيها المساواة وتحقيق العدالة والأصل هو تساوي المرأة والرجل في أصل الخلقة والتكاليف الشرعية، وما اختلف بينهما هو استثناء للأصل، وما كان استثناء فإنه لا يصح القياس علي ه .وأخيرا إنَّ ما في هذه البحث من صواب؛ فهو من الله عز وجل، وإنَّ كل ما فيها من خلل وقصور؛ فهو من نفسي ومن الشيطان، ولا يسعني في ختام هذه البح ث المتواضع إلا أن أحمد الله تعالى؛ فالحمد لله رب العلمين والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد وعلى آلهِ وصحبه ومن والاه إلى يوم الدين The rights of political women in Islam and their role in the political sphere Année de publication: 2020 Auteur: Hussein Zubair Thalj Al-Fahdawi | Mayada Ali Abdel Nabi Karim Praise be to God, who by His grace the righteousness is fulfilled and the pitfalls are forced and the honorees and may God’s prayers be granted to the foreboding Bashir and the enlightening OS and all his family and companions.And it was from the success of God Almighty for me to reach, through this study, some results. I summarize it as follows:Islam honored the humanity of man, so he raised it to the highest ranks and did not differentiate between it between a man and a woman. Rather, he made a man (a man and a woman) the most important thing in this universe. Human dignity, and Islam. A man and a woman are obligated to learn and understand everything and agree in religion and science, and commit them to peaceful jihad to spread the supreme belief and meanings both in the field in which he can work.It was clear from the previous presentation that the increased participation of women in political work is a pivotal factor for the advancement of gender equality and women's empowerment, as women participate in political action.And that all areas of political work are legally permissible to be assumed by whoever is her family, man or woman, just as the view of Islam for women is derived from the view of Islam for the honorable man, so there is no distinction or difference, and the provisions of the Sharia in which equality and justice are established and the origin is equal for women and men in the origin of creation and costs Legitimacy, and what is different between them is an exception to the original, and what was an exception, it is not correct to measure it.Finally, what is right in this research is from God Almighty, and all the defects and shortcomings in it are from myself and from Satan, and I cannot conclude this humble research except that Ahmed is the Most High, praise be to God, Lord of knowledge and prayer and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions and from his family to the Day of Judgment. 
Central Asia, the South Caucasus, Eastern Europe and Mongolia: Mapping of Women’s Resource Centres and Other Integrated Service Providers for Survivors of Gender-Based Violence Année de publication: 2022 Auteur institutionnel: Организация по безопасности и сотрудничеству в Европе (ОБСЕ) The Gender Issues Programme of the OSCE Office of the Secretary General conducted a comprehensive mapping of Women’s resource centres and other integrated service providers for survivors of gender-based violence (GBV) in Central Asia, the South Caucasus, Eastern Europe and Mongolia as part of the WIN Project. The mapping aimed to collect extensive information on existing services and mechanisms for direct assistance to and protection of survivors of GBV, to assess the main gaps and the need for capacity-building and knowledge-sharing in counteracting GBV, and to identify promising approaches and good practices across the OSCE region. Сопоставительный Анализ Женских Ресурсных Центров и Других Поставщиков Комплексных Услуг для Потерпевших от Гендерного Насилия Année de publication: 2022 Auteur institutionnel: Организация по безопасности и сотрудничеству в Европе (ОБСЕ) Отдел Секретариата ОБСЕ по гендерным вопросам провел всесторонний сопоставительный анализ женских ресурсных центров и других поставщиков комплексных услуг для потерпевших от гендерного насилия (GBV) в странах Центральной Азии, регионов Южного Кавказа, Восточной Европы и в Монголии, в рамках проекта WIN. Целью анализа был сбор подробной информации о существующих услугах и механизмах прямой помощи и защиты потерпевших от гендерного насилия, оценка основных недочетов и необходимости в укреплении потенциала и обмене знаниями по противодействию гендерному насилию, выявление перспективных подходов и передовых практик во всем регионе ОБСЕ. 
How Can People With Disabilities Find Employment in Uzbekistan? In addition to problems with health and social adaptation, it is difficult for them to find employment and feel themselves needed by society. OHCHR) Human rights education for youth, in both formal and non-formal settings, promotes a shared sense of humanity and fosters a common understanding that all human beings are equally deserving of dignity, respect and justice. It empowers youth to fulfil their role as active citizens, to take action and uphold their human rights and those of others, and to participate meaningfully in public affairs and democratic decision-making processes.In recognition of this, the United Nations Member States launched the fourth phase (2020–2024) of the World Programme for Human Rights Education to advance human rights education programming for youth at the national level. This focus also contributes to the achievement of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, particularly Goal 4 on Education and target 4.7, which touches upon the aims of education. 
Bilan annuel 2024 de Human Rights Watch sur les droits humains dans le monde Année de publication: 2024 Auteur institutionnel: Human Rights Watch L'ONG Human Rights Watch a constitué un rapport mondial sur les droits humains à travers le monde grâce à ses observations menées sur le terrain afin d'y voir plus clair quant aux exactions perpétrées tout au long de l'année 2023 et les défis que cela comporte pour les années à venir. Tirana Hassan, Directrice exécutive de l'organisation a tenu quelques mots sur la situation actuelle: « La reprise du conflit armé entre Israël et le Hamas, d’une part, et au Soudan d’autre part, ont causé des souffrances considérables, tout comme les guerres qui se poursuivent en Ukraine, au Myanmar, en Éthiopie et au Sahel. Les gouvernements ont dû faire face à l’année la plus chaude jamais enregistrée : une vague d’incendies de forêts, de sécheresses et de tempêtes a semé la dévastation pour des millions d’habitants au Bangladesh, en Libye et au Canada. Des décisions politiques ont, par ailleurs, creusé les inégalités partout dans le monde, suscitant la colère de millions de gens contraints à lutter pour leur survie. Les droits des femmes et des filles et des personnes lesbiennes, gays, bisexuelles et transgenres (LGBT) ont connu de durs revers en de nombreux pays, à l’exemple de la persécution basée sur le genre des talibans en Afghanistan.». The NGO Human Rights Watch has compiled a global report on human rights around the world, based on its observations in the field, to shed light on the abuses perpetrated throughout 2023 and the challenges it poses for the years to come. Tirana Hassan, the organization's Executive Director, expressed a few words to say about the current situation: "The resumption of armed conflict between Israel and Hamas, on the one hand, and in Sudan on the other, have caused considerable suffering, as have the ongoing wars in Ukraine, Myanmar, Ethiopia and the Sahel. Governments had to cope with the hottest year on record: a wave of forest fires, droughts and storms brought devastation to millions of people in Bangladesh, Libya and Canada. At the same time, political decisions have deepened inequalities around the world, angering millions of people forced to fight for survival. The rights of women and girls and of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people have suffered severe setbacks in many countries, such as the gender-based persecution of the Taliban in Afghanistan".
