The Role of Kuwaiti Satellite Channels in Promotion of Citizenship among Kuwaiti Youth Année de publication: 2012 Auteur: Hassan Al Gharbi Auteur institutionnel: Middle East University The focus of the problem that the research dealt with was on the following question: Have public and private Kuwaiti satellite channels contributed to enhancing the concept of citizenship among young Kuwaitis? The researcher adopted a definition of the concept of citizenship among the multiple definitions of this concept, which was tainted by some uncertainty and disagreement. Citizenship in this study "is the awareness of belonging to a geographical area of a specific political and social goals and shared one common culture and political system." 
الإعلام و دوره في التوعية الأمنية داخل المجتمع Année de publication: 2018 Auteur: Abdul Basit Howaidi | Iman Drake Auteur institutionnel: Hamma Lakhdar Eloued University هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى ال كشف عن "دور الإعلام في التوعية الأمنية داخل المجتمع"، و ذلك أن الإعلام وسيلة من وسائل التأثير الجماهيري التي لعبت دورا مهما في حياة المجتمعات الإنسانية ، تم توظيف المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و الذي يناسب طبيعة الموضوع، وقدرت عينة الدراسة ب66 أستاذا جامعيا من كلية العلوم الاجتماعية و الانسانية و التي تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية، كما تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان كأداة مهمة لجمع البيانات من الميدان و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : ان للإعلام و طريقة التغطية و طبيعة البرامج المقدمة ومحاولة فتح قنوات الاتصال بين المؤسسات الأمنية و الإعلام له دور كبير في نشر و تحقيق التوعية الأمنية داخل المجتمع. The media was one of the means of mass influence that played an important role in the life of human societies. The analytical descriptive method was used to suit the nature of the subject. A professor of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanity, which was randomly selected. The questionnaire was also used as an important tool for collecting data from the field. The study reached the following results: The media, the coverage, the nature of the programs presented, and the attempt to open channels of communication between the security institutions and the media have a great role in spreading and achieving security awareness within the community.

Youth Report 2024: Technology in Education; A Tool on Our Terms! Année de publication: 2024 Auteur institutionnel: UNESCO | Global Education Monitoring Report Team | Restless Development The 2024 Youth Report on technology in education is the result of an extensive consultation process in partnership with Restless Development involving +1500 youth and students across 8 regions. The consultations invited participants to reflect on the key challenges and opportunities for the use of technology in education in their regions through the lenses of the recommendations in the global 2023 Global Education Monitoring Report on technology in education: Technology on our terms. The discussions centred on the need for the use of technology in education to be appropriate for national and local contexts and to be equitable and leave no one behind. The report calls for decisions about technology in education to keep learners at the centre when deciding whether the use of technology in education would be appropriate, equitable, evidence-based, and sustainable. Through this report, young people have described what technology on their terms would look like. It concludes with a call to action calling which highlights concrete recommendations that governments can follow to ensure that technology in education is on youth terms.

Au terme de ses travaux, la mission formule vingt-trois recommandations pour mieux éduquer et former à la citoyenneté, pour encourager une citoyenneté active par l’engagement, et pour repenser les pratiques démocratiques afin de rapprocher les citoyens – et plus particulièrement les jeunes – des institutions. Elle considère que ces questions doivent, à l’approche de la nouvelle législature, constituer une priorité pour les pouvoirs publics.
