Las políticas de las grandes plataformas sobre discurso de odio durante el Covid-19 Année de publication: 2021 Auteur institutionnel: UNESCO Montevideo Este documento da cuenta de un aumento de posteos considerados discurso de odio a partir de la llegada de la pandemia COVID-19 en Facebook, Twitter y YouTube. Aunque dispar, ese aumento puede establecerse a partir de los informes de transparencia de las distintas plataformas y los crecimientos registrados en la moderación de esos contenidos a partir de marzo de 2020.Dado que en ese mismo período, y como consecuencia de las medidas de aislamiento tomadas ven la mayoría de los países del mundo, las plataformas tomaron la decisión de aumentar el uso de herramientas de inteligencia artificial en sus procesos de moderación no es posible asegurar a ciencia cierta que ese crecimiento se haya registrado por un aumento en la creación y publicación de mensajes o a partir de un cambio en los sistemas de detección que afectó los resultados entre un año y otro.

إعداد المعلم العربي للألفية الثالثة : تحديات واتجاهات Année de publication: 2007 Auteur: جرار، سمير Auteur institutionnel: Lebanese Association for Educational Studies (LAES) يستعرض البحث التحديات والتوجهات الخاصة بالإعداد المستقبلي للمعلمين في الدول العربية والحاجة إلى تمهين التعليم مع المحافظة على نوعيته وجودته في عصر المعلومات ومجتمع المعرفة. وبعد الحديث عن مسيرة إعداد المعلمين في البلدان العربية وتدريبهم يدعو الباحث إلى إعادة النظر في عملية الإعداد بحيث تتوافق مع الرؤية الجديدة للتعلم ولوظيفة المعلم في آن واحد، كما يدعو إلى تعزيز الشراكة بين كليات التربية وبين المدارس المتعاونة معها للقيام بمهمة الإعداد. ويشدد البحث على أهمية اعتماد قواعد جديدة لاختيار المرشحين لدخول مهنة التعليم مع السعي لتجديد برامج إعداد المعلمين في المستوى الجامعي بصورة مستمرة وتشجيع التعليم الذاتي للطالب المعلم. ويبرز البحث كذلك أهمية اعتماد إجراءات أصبحت شائعة في البلدان المتقدمة مثل الترخيص لممارسة مهنة التعليم، وإجازة برامج الإعداد، ومعايير الترقي المهني للمعلمين، ويدعو أخيراً إلى إنشاء مركز متخصص بالبحث في تقنيات التعلم والتعليم وكيفية تكوين المعلم العربي الجديد. Preparing Arab Teachers for the 3rd Millennium: Trends & Challenges Année de publication: 2007 Auteur: جرار، سمير Auteur institutionnel: Lebanese Association for Educational Studies (LAES) The chapter outlines the challenges and trends in teacher preparation in Arab states. The need is to improve instruction and raise its quality in the knowledge-based societies. After discussing the history of teacher preparation in Arab countries, the author advocates a re-examination of the training process, so that it conforms to new visions of education and the ever changing role of the teacher. He also advocates partnerships between Faculties of Education and schools, so that they can carry out the task of preparation. The chapter stresses the importance of adopting new criteria for accepting newcomers to the teaching profession; seeking to renew teacher training programs at the university level on a continuing basis. The author highlights the importance of adopting measures that have become common, such as teacher certification and program accreditation, training programs and promotion and setting standards for teachers. Finally, it calls for establishing a research center specialized in teaching and instructional methods. The center will produce professional models for preparing teachers. 
دراسة تقويمية للكتب المدرسية الجديدة في ضوء مبادئ حقوق الانسان والمساواة بين الجنسين Année de publication: 2010 Auteur: كاك، مصطفى Auteur institutionnel: Conseil Supérieur de l'éducation, de la Formation et de la Recherche Scientifique تتناولت هذه الورقة مضامين الكتب المدرسية نظرا لما تثيره من نقاش لقوة تأثيرها ولأهمية الأدوار التي تسند إليها في تشكيل قيم وآراء المتعلمين. وقد أنجزت هذه الدراسة في إطار برنامج مشترك بين رابطة التربية على حقوق الإنسان واللجنة المركزية لحقوق الإنسان والمواطنة بوزارة التربية الوطنية والتعليم العالي وبمشاركة جمعيات مدنية في مجال حقوق الإنسان ومناهضة العنف ضد المرأة، لقراءة خمسين كتابا من الكتب المدرسية الجديدة بالمغرب وتقويمها في ضوء مبادئ حقوق الإنسان والمساواة بين الجنسين. وقد انطلق الفريق من إشكالية محددة هي: هل تغيرت فعلا وضعية الكتاب المدرسي من الكتاب الواحد، الذي لا يهتم سوى بالمضامين، إلى تعدد الكتب، وفق هندسة بيداغوجية حديثة متمركزة حول حاجات المتعلمين ومراعاة مستوياتهم الفكرية واللغوية وسيرورات تعلمهم، بهدف تنمية ردود أفعال ديمقراطية نابعة من قيم المواطنة وحقوق الإنسان؟ وقد تمحورت نتائج الدراسة حول ثلاثة مستويات: صورة المرأة في الكتاب المدرسي، المساواة بين الجنسين في مجموعة من الحقوق الأساسية، مبادئ حقوق الإنسان التي ينشرها الكتاب المدرسي. An Evaluation Study of the New School Books in Light of Human Rights Principles and Gender Equality Année de publication: 2010 Auteur: كاك، مصطفى Auteur institutionnel: Conseil Supérieur de l'éducation, de la Formation et de la Recherche Scientifique The study was part of a joint program between the Association of Education on Human Rights in Morocco and the Central Committee for Human Rights at the Ministry of National Education and Higher Education, with the participation of civil organizations active in the fields of human rights and combatting violence against women. The program consisted of reading fifty school books and evaluating them regarding human rights and gender equality. The team started from the specific assumption: Has the situation of the school book actually changed from a single book that is solely concerned with contents to multiple books according to a modern pedagogical engineering that is centered around the teachers’ needs and respecting their mental and linguistic levels and their learning processes, with the objective of developing democratic reactions arising from citizenship values and human rights? The outcomes of the study came in three levels: The image of women in school books, gender equality in some of the fundamental human rights and the principles of human rights that the school book promotes. 
Genocide Timeline Année de publication: 2024 Auteur institutionnel: United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM) This timeline proposed by the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum shows the major conceptual and legal advances in the evolution of the term "genocide" . It does not seek to detail every case that could be considered genocide, but to show how the term has entered the political, legal and ethical vocabulary from 1900 to 2016 to express threats of violence against groups. Chronologie du génocide Année de publication: 2024 Auteur institutionnel: United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM) Cette chronologie proposée par le Musée du mémorial américain sur la Shoah montre les avancées conceptuelles et juridiques majeures dans l’évolution du terme « génocide » . Elle ne cherche pas à détailler tous les cas pouvant être considérés comme des génocides, mais à montrer comment le terme a intégré le vocabulaire politique, juridique et éthique de 1900 à 2016 pour exprimer les menaces de violences contre des groupes. 
التحديات التي تواجه الطلاب الجامعيين من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في الجامعات المصرية وتصور مقترح لدور الخدمة الاجتماعية (المجلة العربية لعلوم الإعاقة والموهبة ;no.14, vol.4) Année de publication: 2020 Auteur: Ahmed Wagih Fathy Ahmed Auteur institutionnel: Arab Institution for Education, Science and Arts (AIESA) تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على التحديات التي يواجهها الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة بالجامعة والتي تتمثل في التحديات الإدارية والتحديات التعليمية والتحديات النفسية والتحديات الاجتماعية وأخيراً التحديات المرتبطة بالحركة والتنقل من وإلى الجامعة، والتوصل إلى تصور مقترح من منظور الخدمة الاجتماعية يمكن من خلاله التعامل مع التحديات المختلفة التي يواجهها الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة بالجامعة وذلك لتفعيل خدمات الدعم والمساندة المقدمة لهم ومساعدتهم علي التوافق مع الحياة الجامعية، تكونت عينة هذه الدراسة من 140 طالب وطالبة منهم 77 طالب و63 طالبة وكانت هذه النسبة تمثل 56% من إجمالي عدد الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة المقيدين بالجامعة أثناء إجراء الدراسة، واستخدمت استبان تقدير مستوى التحديات التي تواجه الطلاب ذوي الاعاقة بالجامعة كأداة لجمع البيانات. Challenges Facing University Students with Special Needs in Egyptian Universities and a Proposed Visualization of The Role of Social Service (The Arab Journal of Disability and Talent Sciences; vol.4, no.14) Année de publication: 2020 Auteur: Ahmed Wagih Fathy Ahmed Auteur institutionnel: Arab Institution for Education, Science and Arts (AIESA) This study seeks to identify the challenges faced by students with disabilities at the university, which are represented in administrative challenges, educational challenges, psychological challenges, social challenges, and finally challenges related to movement and transportation to and from the university. Thestudy also aims at reaching a proposed vision from the perspective of social service through which it is possible to deal with the various challenges faced by students with disabilities at the university in order to activate the support and assistance services provided to them and help them adapt to university life. The sample of this study consisted of 140 male and female students, 77 males and 63 females, representing 56% of the total number of students with disabilities enrolled at the university during the study. A questionnaire was used to assess the level of challenges facing students with disabilities at the university as a tool for collecting data.
