واقع الممارسات التربوية الديمقراطية لطلاب كلية التربية بجامعة جنوب الوادي في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية (دراسة ميدانية) Année de publication: 2017 Auteur: Nancy Foud & Amal Ibrahem Auteur institutionnel: Qena University تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع الممارسات التربوية والديمقراطية لطلبة كلية التربية بجامعة جنوب الوادي ، ووضع استبانة للكشف عن درجة الممارسات الديمقراطية المكونة من (55) فقرة موزعة على أربعة محاور. وهي: التفاعل الديمقراطي بين الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس ، وإزالة الأنشطة الطلابية الديمقراطية ، وتأمين المناهج الديمقراطية ، والتفاعل الديمقراطي مع عملية القبول بالكلية. ووجدت الدراسة أن درجة الممارسات الديمقراطية لطلاب كلية التربية جاءت في المتوسط ، وأنا أعلى درجة تمرين في المحور الثاني على الأنشطة الطلابية ، يلي التفاعل بين الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس ، ثم المحرر. بشأن التفاعل الديمقراطي بين الطلاب وإدارة الكلية ، وأخيراً الممارسات الديمقراطية المتعلقة بقرارات الجانب. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس ، ولكن توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير قواعد التخصص لصالح طلاب التخصصات العلمية ، حيث توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير عوائد العام الدراسي للطلبة. الطلاب الثالث والرابع. The Reality of Educational Practices, Democracy for the Students of the Faculty of Education at the University of South Valley in the Light of Some Demographic Variables ( A field study ) Année de publication: 2017 Auteur: Nancy Foud & Amal Ibrahem Auteur institutionnel: Qena University This study aims to disclose the reality of educational practices, democracy for the students of the Faculty of education at the University of South Valley, and the development of the questionnaire to detect the degree of democratic practices component of (55) items distributed on four axes, namely : democratic interaction between students and faculty members, the removal of democratic student activities, secured the Democratic curricula, and interaction of democratic with the College admissions process . The study found that the degree of democratic practices for the students of the Faculty of Education came in medium, and I'm the top degree of exercise in The second axis on the student activities, follows the interaction between students and faculty, then the editor concerning the interaction of democratic between the students and management of the College, and finally democratic practices relating to the decisions of side . The study also found that no statistically significant differences due to the variable sex, but there are significant differences to the variable of specialization rules in favor of students of scientific disciplines, as there are statistically significant differences due to the variable of the school year returns for students the third and fourth.

The report draws from data on 44 crisis-affected countries, from recent research, and from a set of case studies of interventions in a range of crisis-affected contexts. 
الحماية الجزائية المقررة في عمالة الأطفال Année de publication: 2022 Auteur: Aitbenamer Ghania Auteur institutionnel: University of Mostaghanem Central إن عمل الأطفال بمفهومه السلبي هو العمل الذي يضع أعباء ثقيلة على الطفل ويستغله اقتصادياً مما يؤدي إلى تهديد سلامته وصحته ورفاهيته. فتعتبر ظاهرة عمل الأطفال ظاهرة عالمية بدأت تنتشر وتتوسع في الآونة الأخيرة وتترك آثاراً سلبية تنعكس على الطفل بشكل خاص، وعلى الأسرة والمجتمع بشكل عام. فالمجتمعات في جميع أنحاء العالم تعاني من انتشار ظاهرة تشغيل الأطفال التي تسمّى بظاهرة عمالة الأطفال، مما دفع بالمجتمع الدولي للتدخل من خلال عدة منظمات و هيئات دولية لتنظيم عمل الأطفال. ونظرا لحرص الجزائر على محاربة ظاهرة عمالة الأطفال و الوقاية منها صادقت على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية ، و كذا اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة حول حقوق الطفل و اتخذت مجموعة من الإجراءات لتجسيد محتوى تلك الاتفاقيات و كرستها في منظومتها القانونية لمنع كل أشكال تشغيل الأطفال ما لم يحظ تشغيلهم بتأطير قانوني يحدد الشروط التي يجب أن يحيط تشغيلهم،حيث أولى المشرع الجزائري فئة الأطفال العمال عناية خاصة، من حيث تحديد سن العمل و التمهين، مرورا بمنع تشغيلهم في ظروف غير لائقة ،فضلا عن تقرير عقوبات على مخالفة الأحكام و الضوابط الخاصة بعمالة الأطفال. The Penal Protection Established for Child Labor Année de publication: 2022 Auteur: Aitbenamer Ghania Auteur institutionnel: University of Mostaghanem Central This study aims to clarify the important of the development of human resources in its various dimensions for companies specially the Algerian ones, by providing human resources with knowledge, skills and experience and improving their behavior, which help them to do their work and develop their performance, then provide an added value to the company where they work, This study focused on the reality of the application of the various dimensions of human resources development (training, learning, empowerment, career development) in the Eastern Company of Electricity and Gas Distribution – Unit of Tebessa. In order to answer the problem posed and to test the main hypothesis, the quantitative approach was adopted through a questionnaire that was distributed to a simple random sample of 234 employees of the company, representing 47.17% of the total population of the study. The collected data was analyzed using the Spss V25 program, The study concluded that the level of application of human resources development in its various dimensions in the Eastern Company of Electricity and Gas Distribution – Unit of Tebessa is good, although there is a discrepancy in the application of these dimensions, which ranged between high and medium. 
疫情期间高校在线教学运行状况与学习满意度调查分析 Année de publication: 2022 Auteur: 王永固 | 金剑亚 疫情期间在线教学成为高校课程教学的主要方式。为探究高校在线教学运行特征及其对学生学习满意度的影响，本研究采用问卷调查和数据分析方法，选取377名高校学生为调查对象，调查疫情期间高校在线教学运行状况，分析高校学生在线学习满意程度及其影响因素。研究结果显示，疫情期间高校在线教学具有师生全参与、课程全覆盖和进程全日制三个新特征，学生在线学习满意度处于中等偏上水平，在高校所在地域、在线学习经验和居家网络环境三个变量上存在显著差异，受到高校所在地域、在线学习经验、居家网络环境、日均网课时长和单节网课时长五个因素的显著影响。

Il explore un ensemble d’activités axées sur l’analyse critique et la production de messages médiatiques, l’analyse des algorithmes, la participation active dans les sociétés, le maintien de la vie privée, le maintien du bien-être et la gestion de l’e-identité. cette boîte à outils s’adresse aux éducateurs et aux multiplicateurs du travail de jeunesse. Les activités et fiches d’information proposées, conçues pour des contextes d’apprentissage non formel, peuvent également se prêter à une exploitation dans les environnements scolaires. This toolkit offers an integrated approach to media literacy in the context of global citizenship education. It explores a range of activities focusing on critical analysis and production of media messages, analysis of algorithms, active participation in societies, maintaining privacy, maintaining well-being and managing e-identity. This toolbox is aimed at educators and youth work multipliers. The proposed activities and information sheets, designed for non-formal learning contexts, can also be used in school environments. Indeed, the toolbox incorporates the most recent advances in global citizenship education, Media Literacy and digital citizenship education, which are likely to enrich official school curricula in very useful ways. The practical activities presented here are in line with the Council of Europe's framework of competencies for a culture of democracy and human rights. By broadening the scope of global citizenship education with elements of Media Literacy, global citizenship education becomes a more effective tool contributing to the achievement of the sustainable development goals of the United Nations Agenda 2030.
