Scientific Dissemination of Physical Education Sciences in Yemen, Difficulties and Solutions (Rawafed Journal of Studies and Research in Sports Sciences; Vol.3, No.2) Année de publication: 2023 Auteur: Al-Nadhari Muhammad Hussein Auteur institutionnel: M'sila University The study aimed at the reality of scientific research in the faculties and departments of education and sports in Yemeni universities and the difficulties faced by Yemeni universities to propose solutions that improve scientific research in the field. Yemeni and Arab universities, to learn about the reality of universities, universities, as well as universities that face it. The study tool in the questionnaire consisted of (10) phrases, which were used by (60) academics of Yemeni universities in the field of specialization, at the beginning of the survey and the main, according to the following numbers: (12 master students, 30 assistant professors, 18 associate professors). The results of the study concluded that there is no legislation in the Higher Education Law and its implementing regulations, the faculty members are obligated to publish scientific research other than the research required for promotion, and the absence of a specialized journal in the field of sports and physical education sciences in Yemeni public and private universities (other than what is given by the Al-Bayda University Journal From a space for mathematical science research), which made external publishing more than internal publishing, in addition to the high publishing cost, stopping salaries and not calculating the financial settlement of promotions, which contributed to the decline in scientific publishing.

معايير إنتاج برامج الأطفال التعليمية: تصور مقترح للقنوات السعودية (مجلة الحكمة للدراسات الإعلامية والاتصالية؛ Vol.10, No.3) Année de publication: 2022 Auteur: Basnawi Muhammad مستخلص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد معايير إنتاج برامج الأطفال التعليمية، وذلك من خلال معرفة كيفية رفع كفاءة العمل على إنتاج برامج الأطفال التلفزيونية، ومعرفة كيفية رفع فاعلية مكونات المواد التعليمية في محتويات برامج الأطفال التلفزيونية، ومعرفة كيفية رفع مستوى التأثير على الأطفال من خلال مشاهدة برامج الأطفال التلفزيونية. واعتَمَدت الدراسة على المنهج النوعي، واستخدام أداة المقابلة، وتم إجراء ثلاثين مقابلة من المقابلات الفردية مع أخصائيين إعلاميين وخبراء تربويين، وتحليل الأجوبة تحليلا علميًّا دقيقاً. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى: أولا: أن رفع كفاءة الإنتاج المحلي لبرامج الأطفال التلفزيونية في قنوات الأطفال السعودية، يكون بتطبيق أعلى معايير جودة الإنتاج الفني الإعلامي الذي بدوره سيزيد من فاعلية التعلم لدى الأطفال حين مشاهدتهم للمحتوى التعليمي المرئي عبر برامج الأطفال التلفزيونية. ثانياً: أنَّ الموضوعات ذات الأولوية الواجب توفرها في محتوى برامج الأطفال التعليمية هي: (التربية العقلية، التربية الأخلاقية، التنشئة الاجتماعية). ثالثاً: أنَّ استخدام الوسائل التربوية الحديثة في صناعة محتوى برامج الأطفال التعليمية وهي: (النمذجة، والقصة الدرامية، والمسابقات، والتكرار) ستزيد من فاعلية تأثيرها على محتويات برامج الأطفال في القنوات السعودية. وبناء على ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج فقد أوصى الباحث بتطبيق نموذج معايير إنتاج برامج الأطفال التعليمية المقترح عند صناعة برامج الأطفال التلفزيونية في القنوات السعودية. This study relied on the qualitative approach. By using the interview tool, thirty sessions of individual interviews were conducted with media specialists and educational experts; then the transcripts were scientifically analyzed. This study found: First: To increase the efficiency of local production of children’s television programs in Saudi children’s channels is by applying the highest quality standards of media artistic production, which, in turn, will increase the learning effectiveness of children when they watch visual educational content through children’s television programs. Secondly: The priority topics, which should be provided in the content of children’s educational programs, is: (Mental education, moral education,socialization). Third: The use of modern educational means in the content industry for children’s educational programs, which comprises (modeling, dramatic story, competitions, repetition) will increase the effectiveness of their impact on the contents of children's programs in Saudi channels. Based on the findings of this study, the researcher proposed an application model of the production criteria for children's educational programs when producing children's television programs on Saudi channels.

Nevertheless, few education systems have integrated life skills into their education systems. One of the reasons for this is challenges concerning the lack of knowledge as to how life skills can be measured, assessed, and evaluated. Building on the regional Life Skills and Citizenship Education (LSCE) framework in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), UNICEF and The World Bank have developed this LSCE Measurement Instrument, to measure the national level of grade 7 students’ scores in eight life skills as national large-scale assessment. 
Responsible AI in Africa: Challenges and Opportunities Année de publication: 2023 Auteur institutionnel: Palgrave Macmillan This open access book contributes to the discourse of Responsible Artificial Intelligence (AI) from an African perspective. It is a unique collection that brings together prominent AI scholars to discuss AI ethics from theoretical and practical African perspectives and makes a case for African values, interests, expectations and principles to underpin the design, development and deployment (DDD) of AI in Africa. The book is a first in that it pays attention to the socio-cultural contexts of Responsible AI that is sensitive to African cultures and societies. It makes an important contribution to the global AI ethics discourse that often neglects AI narratives from Africa despite growing evidence of DDD in many domains. Nine original contributions provide useful insights to advance the understanding and implementation of Responsible AI in Africa, including discussions on epistemic injustice of global AI ethics, opportunities and challenges, an examination of AI co-bots and chatbots in anAfrican work space, gender and AI, a consideration of African philosophies such as Ubuntu in the application of AI, African AI policy, and a look towards a future of Responsible AI in Africa.

It summarizes the most important content in a compact manner and presents the central demands from the areas of health, culture, the environment, gender equality as well as education and research. The recommendation with its diverse topics is not only relevant for political experts, but it offers one for various areas of application of the ethical framework and thus serves as an orientation for dealing with AI in general. The brochure is available for the wider public in a number of formats including the original Adobe InDesign file that allows translations to be inserted and format pages, resulting in new versions of the brochure. Therefore, we strongly encourage all UNESCO Commissions from across all UNESCO regions Africa, Arab States, Asia and the Pacific, Europe and North America, Latin America and the Caribbean to use the text in the basic files and translate the content into their own languages, including using the graphic file to setup their own designs of the brochure.
