Il fait partie d’une série de documents de travail établis pour soutenir la consultation des pays en développement partenaires et des experts techniques, et les faire participer à la conception initiale du Mécanisme de partage de connaissances et d’innovations du PME. Les idées qu’il présente doivent servir de point de départ aux discussions et pourraient sensiblement évoluer au fil du processus de consultation.
مقرر التربية على المواطنة العالمية Année de publication: 2019 هذا المقرر قام بوضعه مجموعة من الاساتذة بكلية التربية في جامعة السلطان قابوس، وقد جاء هذا المقرر كفكرة بالتعاون بين الجامعة ومكتب اليونسكو ببيروت وأيضا مركز أسيا والمحيط الهادي للتربية من أجل التعاون الدولي. ويهدف المقرر إلى تعريف الطالب بمفهوم المواطنة العالمية ومبادئها وخصائصها، وصفات المواطن العالمي وأدواره في تحقيق الاستقرار التنمية، كما يهدف المقرر إلى ترسيخ مبادئ التربية من أجل السلام والتسامح وقبول ألآخر وعلاقة المواطنة العالمية بحقوق الانسان وقيم العدالة والتماسك العالمي، ونظرة الإسلام إلى المسؤولية المجتمعية، ويهدف المقرر إلى إبراز دور المنظمات الدولية في صنع السياسات الدولية وتعزيز قيم المواطنة العالمية، ودور سلطنة عمان في إرساء مفاهيم الأمن والاستقرار العالمي والتعايش السلمي وتقبل الآخر والتصدي للفكر المتطرف.

Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) تواجه منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا الأزمات الانسانية والتهجير القسري على نطاق غير مسبوق. هذه الصراعات إلى جانب التهجيرالناتج عنها تلقي باعبائها بشكل غير متناسق على على النساء والأطفال، والذين يضمون 78% من اللاجئين السوررين. وقد اصبح العنف الجنسي والجندري واسع الانتشار بشكل متزايد في هذه الدول المتاثرة بالنزاع، وغالبا ما يكون أحد أسباب الفرار منها.أن العنف الجنسي والعنف الجندري هما مشكلة خطيرة تنتهك حقوق الانسان، وتتفاقم أكثر فأكثر نتيجة الصراعات والنزوح الذي ينتج عن ذلك. ودعما للعمليات المتعددة القطاعات والمنسقة للوقاية من هذا العنف الجنسي والجندري والاستجابة لهما، يحدد هذا التقرير الإستراتيجيات بالتوافق مع المعايير الدولية، التي تستخدمها المفوضية بالتعاون مع السلطات المحلية، والمنظمات الغير حكومية، وغيرها من الشركاء في جميع أنحاء المنطقة، لتحقيق نتائج ملموسة في الوقاية من العنف الجنسي والجندري وحماية اللاجئين.
Sexual and Gender-based Violence Prevention and Response In Refugee Situations in the Middle East and North Africa Année de publication: 2015 Auteur institutionnel: UN. Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) The Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region is facing humanitarian crises and forced displacement on an unprecedented scale. These conflicts and the resulting displacement disproportionately burden women and children, who now comprise 78 per cent of Syrian refugees. Sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) is becoming increasingly widespread in these conflict-affected countries, and is often one of the causes of flight. In support for multi-sectorial and coordinated SGBV prevention and response, this report outlines strategies, in line with international standards, that UNHCR uses in coordination with national authorities, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and other partners across the region, to bring tangible results in preventing and responding to SGBV in refugee situations, as well as in the inter-agency response in situations of internal displacement.
제2차 세계시민교육 청년리더십 워크숍 최종보고서 Année de publication: 2016 Auteur institutionnel: APCEIU 본 보고서는 2016년 7월 11일부터 16일까지 부산에서 열린 ‘제2차 세계시민교육 청년리더십 워크숍(2nd Youth Leadership Workshop on GCED)’에서 이루어진 활동 개요를 제공한다. 이 워크숍은 유네스코 아태교육원과 유엔 사무총장의 글로벌교육우선구상(GEFI)가 공동주최하고 부산외국어대학교와 부산광역시 금정구가 후원하였다.이 프로그램에 전세계 38개국 49명의 청년활동가들이 참가하여 세계시민교육에 대한 아이디어를 교환하며, 세계시민교육을 전 세계적으로 확산하고 지역·국가적 차원의 청년활동을 증진하기 위한 리더십 전략을 논의하였다. 본 보고서는 6일간의 워크숍 활동들에 대한 기록과 더불어 세계시민교육의 주체로서 청년들의 세계시민교육의 의미와 우선 과제들에 대한 목소리를 담고자 했다. 문의: 유네스코 아태교육원 교육연수실(ent@unescoapceiu.org)
Final Report: 2nd Youth Leadership Workshop on Global Citizenship Education Année de publication: 2016 Auteur institutionnel: APCEIU This report provides an overview of the activities carried out during the 2nd Youth Leadership Workshop on Global Citizenship Education (GCED) held in Busan, Republic of Korea, from 11 - 16 July 2016. As an APCEIU's 2nd youth workshop, this programme gathered 49 youth activists from 38 countries around the world to exchange their ideas and identify GCED leadership strategies in order to mobilize young people for GCED in local and national contexts and advance the agenda globally. This report also aims to convey the voice of the youth on GCED: their thoughts and reflections on GCED and its priority areas. The workshop was co-organized by APCEIU and UN Secretary General’s Global Education First Initiative (GEFI); it was sponsored by Busan University of Foreign Studies and the Geum-jeong District of Busan Metropolitan City. Global Citizenship Education Course Année de publication: 2019 This course was developed by a number of academicians at the College of Education at Sultan Qaboos University. The idea of offering the course came as a collaboration between Sultan Qaboos University and UNESCO Beirut as well as the Asia-Pacific Center of Education for International Understanding. The aim of the course is to introduce global citizenship concept, its focuses, basics, aims, and characteristics to students. The attributes of the global citizens and their roles in the sustainable development are also defined framed in the course. Moreover, the course is an attempt to reinforce the values of global citizenship, peace education and the acceptance of others. In more deep focus, the course outline the relationship between global citizenship and some other concepts such as justice, human rights, international understanding and peace. The course also shed light on the Islamic view of the social responsibility and the role of Islam in that. With regards to international organizations, the course focuses on the role played by international organizations in promoting global citizenship. Finally, the role of Oman as a model of tolerance, accepting others and peacefully living together will be discussed.
درجة ممارسة حقوق الانسان في العملية التعليمية من وجهة نظر التعليم ما بعد الاساسي Année de publication: 2014 Auteur: Mahmoud AlSubhi هدفت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن درجة ممارسة حقوق الانسان في العملية التعليمية من وجهة نظر الطلبة في مدارس التعليم ما بعد الاساسي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، اذ قام بإعداد إستبانة مكونة من 37 عبارة موزعة على محورين وهما حرية التعبير عن الرأي، والعدل والمساواة. وقد أظهرت النتايج أن درجة الممارسة كانت متوسطة، وأن درجة الممارسة كانت أكبر في محور العدل والمساواة عن محور حرية التعبير عن الرأي. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز ممارسة حقوق الانسان في العملية التعليمية.
Right to Education Handbook Année de publication: 2019 Auteur institutionnel: Right to Education Initiative (UK) The ultimate aim of this handbook is to facilitate the realization and universal enjoyment of the right to education. Its objective is not to present the right to education as an abstract, conceptual, or purely legal concept, but rather to be action-oriented. Where possible, practical guidance is given on how to implement and monitor the right to education along with recommendations to overcome persistent barriers. It seeks to do this by: Increasing awareness and knowledge of the right to education. This includes the normative content of the right to education, states’ legal obligations, the various sources of law regarding the right to education, what states must do to domestically implement the right to education, how to monitor the right to education, and how to increase accountability of the right to education. Providing a summary of current debates and issues regarding education and what human rights law says about them, including on forced migration, education in emergencies, the privatization of education, and the challenge of reaching the most marginalized. Providing an overview of the UN landscape and its mechanisms, including a clear understanding of the role of UNESCO and more generally the UN, as well as all relevant stakeholders in education, particularly civil society. UNESCO’s Strategy on standard-setting instruments in the field of education (2016-2021) encourages Member States of the Organization to use normative action in relation with the right to education as a strategic tool to implement and achieve SDG4. In line with this, this handbook – specifically foreseen by the Strategy– will also serve as a reference tool for the design and organization of training modules and workshops in the field of right to education. Finally, the handbook will also be an important reference for those working towards the achievement of SDG4, by offering guidance on how to leverage legal commitment to the right to education as a strategic way to achieve this goal.
