한 세대 후 교육 2050년의 한국교육은 어떻게 변해 있을까? (Future Horizon Plus 제42권 제5호) Année de publication: 2019 Auteur: 서영인 Auteur institutionnel: 과학기술정책연구원 세대를 평균 30년으로 보면 향후 약 2050년경의 한국교육은 어떻게 변해 있을까? 변화에는 인간의 의지가 작동하는 변화와 그와 상관없이 나타나는 변화가 있을 수 있다. 전자의 경우가 대부분이지만 간혹 후자가 작동하는 경우도 있다. 자연재해나 불의의 각종 사고 등이 그것이다. 그러나 현재의 모습이 과거 인간의 생각과 상상력의 결과라는 점을 인정한다면 한 세대 후 교육 역시 현재 인간의 상상력과 의지가 작동한 결과로 볼 수 있어 전자의 경우에만 한정하여 미래 교육을 예측해보려고 한다.

Working Group on AI Capacity Building | International Telecommunication Union (ITU) This report provides stakeholders with a rich suite of sector-specific recommendations, as well as a helpful 23-point framework that can be used for assessing any particular response to disinformation in the context of freedom of expression challenges. This research will help the widest range of key actors to better understand this phenomenon, and especially the way the world is responding to it, and where the gaps are.At the heart of this knowledge product is the need to balance responses to disinformation with respect for freedom of expression. The research shows us that this can be done. 
The rapprochement of cultures: roadmap Année de publication: 2016 Auteur institutionnel: UNESCO Today, the sheer compression of the world is bringing people and their cultures into the same space with intense speed, rendering new levels and forms of human interaction and interdependence. Population growth and migration are increasing in scale and complexity, and technology and media are bringing people together in ways never before thought possible. As a result, new creative expressions, innovation and immense opportunities have been generated and developed. While these phenomena have brought people together across geographic spaces, it has concurrently exposed a widening moral gap in our societies and the extent to which our societies are ill-equipped to effectively manage and overcome the challenges that continue to arise. Often in parallel with developmental progress, retrogressive patterns have emerged that present persistent threats to peace-building and social cohesion. Recurrent cycles of deadlock and conflict undermine governance and legislation at international, national and local levels preventing long-term peace and development.The litany of polarization within our societies often defined along the lines of ‘identity’ – religious, cultural, ethnic, or otherwise – are increasingly manifested in prejudice, intolerance, racism, xenophobia, discrimination, radicalization and extreme violence. The challenges are often multidimensional and interrelated, and their impacts cross conventional borders, thus revealing a pervading vulnerability at global level and the accompanying need for a global response. From a policy and governance perspective, this has rendered new levels of complexity in addressing challenges. It has also reinforced the need for a more inclusive and participatory notion of development, including integrated approaches that tackle the issues at hand as well as their foundations.The Decade has come into being in an era marked by increased divisiveness, and learning to live together in the 21st century presents a new frontier for managing cultural diversity. Respect for the inherent dignity of all persons underpins the values of the Decade and is one of the core pillars of the UN system, to ensure that all people have equal rights and opportunities to shape their future. These principles are reflected in the values of many cultures around the world. Intercultural dialogue denotes an open process of exchange and respect between individuals and groups of different cultures, points of view and aspirations. In such a way, the respect for and exercise and enjoyment of human rights and fundamental freedoms are not only key inroads to dialogue, but they are integral to its process. Ultimately they are crucial to sustaining the rapprochement of cultures as the central aspiration of the Decade.

It is also for government actors working in the migration field who wish to integrate the SDGs into their work.The focus of this guide is to help policymakers implement the migration aspects of the SDGs. Policymakers can use this guide to integrate migration into local or national development planning, by designing and implementing interventions that relate to migration in the context of the SDGs. These interventions may take the form of legislation, policies, programmes, projects or other activities, and may relate to core migration topics or integrate migration into activities in another sector. For example, policymakers may use this guide to design interventions that directly address human trafficking, as well as interventions in the health sector that help protect victims of trafficking.For actors with experience in migration mainstreaming, this guide offers a new approach that is based on the 2030 Agenda. For those with no experience in migration mainstreaming, it offers an introduction on how migration and development are linked in the context of the SDGs, and how to take action around these connections. The first material is a book written by the teacher Maria del Carmen Ararat Córdoba, which studies Afro-Colombian identities in Colombia. The second one is called ethno science, a pedagogical perspective of the Afro-Colombian studies for the teaching process of natural science, in which raises a science that recognizes that each group of people that have inhabited our world have made a meaningful explanation of their surroundings. The third one is called African Ethno mathematics, which seeks to recover the relation between mathematical knowledge and reality, making visible the human groups that made it possible and finding new pedagogical perspectives to make the experience of teaching mathematics as inclusive, intercultural and participative process. Le premier matériau est un livre écrit par le professeur Maria del Carmen Ararat Córdoba, qui étudie les identités afro-colombiennes en Colombie. La seconde est appelée la science ethno, une perspective pédagogique des études afro-colombiennes pour le processus d'enseignement des sciences naturelles, en ce qui soulève une science qui reconnaît que chaque groupe de personnes qui a habité notre monde a fait une explication significative de leur environnement .
