دليل تجنب التمييز وخطاب الكراهية في الاعلام Année de publication: 2019 Auteur: Mohammed Khamisa الدليل الذي صدر باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية؛ يسلّط الضوء على الممارسات المهنية والحدود القانونية التي تساعد الصحفيين في تفادي ممارسة التمييز أو الحض على الكراهية في قصصهم الصحفية، حيث يقدّم عددا من الأدوات التي تساهم في إنتاج مادة موضوعية بعيدة عن التحيّز الذي يؤدي للتمييز وخطاب الكراهية.وينقسم الدليل إلى جزأين رئيسين، يتخصص الأول منه في شرح الخطاب التمييزي وخطاب الكراهية، وكذلك يعطي لمحة عامة عن الأطر القانونية لهذا الموضوع، ومن ثم يشرح الكيفية التي من الممكن أن تسبب فيها هذه الخطابات ضررا فعليا على العامة عند ممارستها من قبل وسائل الإعلام، مستشهدا بأمثلة من السياق العربي والعالم ككل.فيما يضع في جزئه الثاني، خارطة طريق تساعد الصحفيين على إنجاز مواد صحفية موضوعية وأخلاقية تبتعد عن ممارسة التمييز والتحريض على الكراهية؛ عبر عرض عدد من المعايير التي يُنصح بتطبيقها خلال كافة مراحل إنتاج القصة الصحفية، فضلا عن توفيره لنماذج تقييم أخلاقي تمكّنهم من حل المعضلات الأخلاقية التي قد تواجههم خلال إعدادهم للقصص الصحفية.ويعرض الدليل، في فصله الأخير، قائمة أسئلة يطرحها الصحفي على نفسه في كل مرحلة من مراحل إعداد القصة الصحفية، تساهم في تجويدها موضوعيا وأخلاقيا، وتبعدها قدر الإمكان عن ممارستها لخطاب تمييزي أو التحريض على الكراهية. Guide to Avoiding Discrimination and Hate Speech in the Media Année de publication: 2019 Auteur: Mohammed Khamisa The Guidebook, which was released in both Arabic and English, highlighted professional practices and legal limitations to help journalists to avoid discriminatory and hate speech in their stories, by providing them with multiple tools which help them to produce objective stories distanced from discrimination and hate speech.The Guidebook is divided into two main parts, the first of which is given over to defining and explaining discriminatory and hate speech and giving a summary of the legal framework surrounding it. It then explains how hate speech, when practiced by media, can produce a harmful effect on public. The guidebook cites some examples from the Arab context and the world at large. In its second part, the guidebook sets out a roadmap that helps journalists to produce more ethical and objective stories avoiding discrimination or calling for hatred. It presents a number of criteria that are recommended to be applied during all stages of the production of the story, as well as providing models of ethical evaluation (Moral Reasoning) that enable them to solve the moral dilemmas that may face them in the preparation of stories.In its final pages, the guidebook presents a list of questions the journalist poses to him/herself at every stage of the story, which contributes to its objective and ethical quality, and distance it as far as possible from practicing discriminatory speech or inciting hatred 
المساواة بين الجنسين وعمل الأطفال: أداة تربوية للمدربين والمدربات Année de publication: 2006 Auteur: Anita Amorim | UnaMurray | Ségolène Samouiller | Sandhya Badrinath Auteur institutionnel: International Labour Organization (ILO) إن القضاء على عمل الأطفال وترويج المساواة بين الفتيان والفتيات، الرجال والنساء، مساران متلازمان. وقد صُممت الأداة التربوية هذه لإظهار ضرورة تبنّي مفهوم النوع الاجتماعي من أجل فهم تعقيد ظاهرة عمل الفتيات والفتيان وإبراز تأثير النوع الاجتماعي على خيارات الأطفال، سواء فيما يتعلق بفرص العمل أو بالموارد المالية المتوفرة والمختلفة بالنسبة للفتيان والفتيات.وتهدف الأداة التربوية هذه إلى مساعدة المدربين والمدربات في اليمن على تحفيز الوعي لدى الصغار، وبخاصة المراهقين منهم، وعلى إفهامهم عمل الأطفال والمساواة بين الجنسين. فهي تستند إلى مبدأ أساسي قائلا إن للمراهقين دورا مهما يلعبونه من خلال تقوية وعيهم بقضايا العدالة الاجتماعية وعبر تأثيرهم في الوقت عينه على مجتمعهم بغية إحداث تغيير إيجابي فيه. فبواسطة تحميل الفتيات والفتيان المسؤوليات والاعتراف بقيمة مساهماتهم، نأمل أن نسخّر الثراء الإبداعي والالتزام الموجودين لدى المراهقين لمكافحة عمل الأطفال وترويج المساواة بين الجنسين. This educational tool is designed to demonstrate the necessity of adopting the concept of gender in order to understand the complexity of the phenomenon of girls and boys work and to highlight the impact of gender on children's choices, both with regard to job opportunities and the financial resources available and different for boys and girls.This educational tool aims to help male and female trainers in Yemen to raise awareness among young people, especially adolescents, and to understand child labor and gender equality. It is based on the basic principle that adolescents have an important role to play by strengthening their awareness of social justice issues and at the same time influencing their society in order to bring about positive change in it. By holding girls and boys accountable and recognizing the value of their contributions, we hope to harness the creative richness and commitment of adolescents to combat child labor and promote gender equality.

Monitoring Report: Gender Equality in Malaysia Année de publication: 2020 Auteur: Tan Beng Hui Auteur institutionnel: Asian-Pacific Resource & Research Centre for Women (ARROW) | Federation of Reproductive Health Associations, Malaysia (FRHAM) The Asian-Pacific Resource and Research Centre for Women (ARROW), together with the Federation of Reproductive Health Associations Malaysia (FRHAM) and Justice For Sisters (JFS) organised the Gender Equality Initiative, a project aimed to monitor and support the Malaysian government to implement their commitment towards the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) and the Universal Periodic Review (UPR). This two-year project is funded by the European Union, dedicated to working with stakeholders, in particular governmental bodies, civil society organisations, media, women and young girls in Perak, Terengganu and at the national level.In the third UPR Cycle, Malaysia has received several recommendations on gender equality, sexual and reproductive health, access to comprehensive sexuality education and protection of women and girls from violence. Malaysia is urged to accede to relevant Optional Protocols and withdraw reservations to the Convention which hinder the rights of women and girls in Malaysia. As a result, FRHAM was commissioned to conduct a research on the Baseline Monitoring Report containing four thematic areas, namely, a) ending all forms of discrimination against women and girls; (b) eliminating violence against women and girls; (c) eliminating harmful practices against women and girls; and (d) ensuring universal access to SRHR.
