Стоит участь, что эксперты, вовлеченные в подготовку данного издания, работали над содержанием конкретных подразделов, где они указаны как авторы материала. Поэтому они могут не разделять мнения, высказанные авторами других подразделов.Эта публикация является едва ли не первой попыткой общественности посмотреть на ситуацию с образованием (и гражданским образованием в частности) в зонах региональных конфликтов, сравнить опыт различных организаций и институций в этой сфере, предоставить практические рекомендации. Поэтому не стоит рассматривать его как исчерпывающий материал. Скорее это приглашение к диалогу и раздумьям о том, как мирным путем через гражданское образование способствовать решению конфликтов. 
دور المرأة في قيادة التغيير: دراسة تطبيقية على منظمات المرأة العاملة في الأردن Année de publication: 2020 Auteur: RukayaAlBadarin هدفت الدراسة الى تعرف الدور الذي تقوم به المرأة الأردنية في قيادة التغيير، وأهم الخصائص القيادية والمهارات التي تتمتع بها، وأثر هذه الخصائص والمهارات على قدرتها في قيادة عملية التغيير في منظمات الأعمال الأردنية، وهدفت الدراسة أيضا الى التعرف على أهم الطرق والاستراتيجيات التي تستخدمها المرأة الأردنية في قيادة التغيير، وأثر هذه الاستراتيجيات التي تستخدمها المرأة الأردنية في قيادة التغيير، وأثر هذه الاستراتيجيات على قدرتها في قيادة عملية التغيير. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، فقد تم توزيع مجموعة من الاستبانات التي تم تصميمها لفحص متغيرات الدراسة على ثماني عشرة منظمة من منظمات المرأة العاملة في الأردن، حيث تم توزيع الاستبانة على العاملين كافة في هذه المنظمات، وبلغ عدد الاستبانات الراجعة الصالحة للتحليل (254) استبانة، وتوصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: • وجود أثر إيجابي بدلالة إحصائية للخصائص القيادية التي تتمتع بها المرأة الأردنية على دورها في قيادة التغيير التنظيمي. • وجود أثر إيجابي بدلالة إحصائية للمهارات القيادية التي تتمتع بها المرأة الأردنية على دورها في قيادة التغير التنظيمي. • وجود أثر إيجابي بدلالة إحصائية للطرق والاستراتيجيات التي تستخدمها المرأة الأردنية في إدارة التغيير على دورها في قيادة التغيير التنظيمي. • تمتلك المرأة الأردنية القدرة الكافية للقيام بالدور المطلوب في قيادة عملية. Role of Women in Leading Change: Applied Study on Working Women Organizations in Jordan Année de publication: 2020 Auteur: RukayaAlBadarin The main objective of this study was to explore the role of Jorda- nian women in leading organizational change. The study also aimed to get awareness about the characteristics of leadership skills, the change strategies that women possess/use and their impact on women’s capabil- ities in leading change in Jordanian organizations. To meet the objec- tives of the study, a relevant questionnaire was designed and distributed to all employees in about 18 women’s organizations operating in Jordan, from which (254) questionnaires were suitable for analysis and discussion. 
اتجاهات معلمي الرياضيات نحو استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني في المدارس الثانوية في محافظة طولكرم Année de publication: 2021 Auteur: Husam Tawfiq Herzallah Basem Shalash Auteur institutionnel: Al-Quds Open University هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف إلى اتجاهات معلمي الرياضيات نحو استخدام التعليم الالكتروني فيالمدارس الثانوية في محافظة طولكرم، كما هدفت الى التعرف الى وجود فروق في اتجاهاتهم وفقا لمتغيرات الدراسة(الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة، التمكن من استخدام الحاسوب). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهجالوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (83) معلما ومعلمة منهم (36) معلمة، و (47) معلما، ولجمع البيانات فقداستخدم الباحثان استبانة تكونت من (35) فقرة، ثم وزعت على عينة الدراسة وقد تم تطبيقها في الفصل الثاني منالعام الدراس ي (2020/2019). وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن اتجاهات أفراد العينة نحو التعليم الالكتروني كانتمتوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق في الاتجاهات طبقا لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور، ولم تظهر أي فروق تبعاللمتغيرات الأخرى. وقدمت الدراسة العديد من التوصيات والمقترحات أهمها: عقد الدورات والندوات العلمية بهدفنشر الوعي والمعرفة بالتعليم الالكتروني وفوائده على العملية التعليمية وتشجيع المعلمين لممارسة أنماط التعليمالالكتروني المختلفة، وكذلك دراسة اتجاهات الطلبة نحو استخدام التعليم الالكتروني. The Attitudes of Mathematics Teachers towards the use of e-learning at Secondary Schools in Tulkarm District Année de publication: 2021 Auteur: Husam Tawfiq Herzallah Basem Shalash Auteur institutionnel: Al-Quds Open University This study aimed to identify the attitudes of math teachers towards the use of electronic education in the secondary schools in Tulkarm Governorate, the study also identified the impact of the study variables (gender, educational qualification, experience, and the ability to use the computer) on the attitudes of teachers. The researchers used the descriptive analytical method, the study sample consisted of (83) male and female teachers (36) of them are female teachers and the remaining others (47) are male teachers, the researchers used a questionnaire which consists of (35) items, which were applied in the second semester of the academic year (2019/2020) ).The results of the study showed that the attitudes of the sample members towards e-learning were medium average, the results of the study showed that there were many differences in the attitudes according to the gender variable and in favor of males, and no differences appeared or emerged according to other variables. The researchers presented many recommendations and suggestions, the most important of them are: holding scientific courses, and seminars with the aim of spreading awareness and knowledge of e-learning and its benefits on the educational process and encouraging teachers to practice different types of e-learning, as well as studying students' attitudes toward using e-learning.

Al-Qaimari Auteur institutionnel: University of Fujairah منذ نشأتها في عام 1971، عملت دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة على تأسيس نظام حديث ومتنوع للتعليم العالي. وفي فترة زمنية وجيزة، تغلبت دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة على العديد من العقبات لتبرز كمركز تعليمي مهم في المنطقة، جاذب للطلاب وللأكاديميين ولمؤسسات التعليم العالي الأجنبية الراغبة في الحضور في هذه المنطقة من العالم. في هذا البحث نقوم بتوصيف التعليم العالي في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة: نصف أنواع مؤسسات التعليم العالي في الدولة، والهيئات الرسمية المنظمة للتعليم العالي، ونتحدث عن رؤية قيادة الدولة للبحث العلمي ولتطور المؤسسات التعليمية كما تم التعبير عنها في الأجندات الوطنية المتعلقة بالتكنولوجيا والبحث العلمي والتعليم العالي، وكيفية تأثر حوكمة مؤسسات التعليم العالي بهذه العوامل. يركز البحث على مواكبة مؤسسات التعليم للتحديات المستقبلية للتطور المتسارع في العلوم والتكنولوجيا، ما يعرف اليوم بالثورة الصناعية الرابعة، وكيف ستؤثر هذه الثورة التي بدأت ملامحها بالتبلور على التوجهات الإستراتيجية للمؤسسات التعليمية وعلى حوكمة مؤسسات التعليم العالي في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدةفي القرن الحادي والعشرين. External Factors Affecting the Governance and Strategic Directions of Higher Education Institutions in the United Arab Emirates Année de publication: 2022 Auteur: Ghassan A. In a short period of time, the UAE overcame many obstacles to emerge as an important educational center in the region, attracting foreign students, academics, and higher education institutions wishing to be present in this region of the world. In this research, we describe higher education in the United Arab Emirates: we describe the types of higher education institutions in the country, and the official bodies regulating higher education (Regulators), and we talk about the vision of the country's leadership for scientific research and the development of educational institutions, as expressed in the National Agendas related to technology and scientific research and higher education. How is the governance of higher education institutions affected by these factors? The research focuses on the educational institutions’ keeping pace with the future challenges of the rapid development of science and technology, what is known today as the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and how this revolution, whose features have begun to take shape, will affect the strategic directions of educational institutions and the governance of higher education institutions in the UAE in the twenty-first century.

The study aims to show the impact of the Iraqi school on the Islamic Maghreb countries school in several aspects, To reach these goals, I choosed the descriptive-analytical approach in the global, and in some places I used the inductive approach, among the most important results that it reached: that the Iraqi Maliki school had an impact on the Islamic Maghreb countries school in several aspects: whether it was related to narrating their books, explaining them and taking care of them.
