Семейное насилие, в рамках изменения законодательства напротив, было криминализовано – его включили в Кодекс о проступках, являющийся частью уголовного законодательства. Однако по мнению автора де-факто привлекать к ответственности виновников стало сложнее. Curbing Domestic Violence in Kyrgyzstan: Are Victims Protected? Année de publication: 2020 Auteur: Anna Zubenko Auteur institutionnel: Central Asian Bureau for Analytical Reporting (CABAR) | Institute for War and Peace Reporting (IWPR) In this article, the author analyzes some of the results of the reforms of the judicial and legal system, thanks to which a number of new codes appeared in Kyrgyzstan, was aimed primarily at the humanization of legislation and decriminalization of certain types of crimes. On the contrary, domestic violence was criminalized as part of the legislative amendments - it was included in the Misdemeanor Code, which is part of the criminal law. However, according to the author, it has become more difficult to prosecute the perpetrators de facto.

Progress Report on the Implementation of the UNECE Strategy for Education for Sustainable Development Année de publication: 2010 Auteur institutionnel: State Agency on Environment Protection and Forestry (Kyrgyzstan) This report aims to evaluate the implementation of the UNECE Strategy for Education for Sustainable Development in the Kyrgyz Republic as part of the United Nations Decade of Education for Sustainable Development (2005-2014). The report presents the results of efforts aimed at implementing ESD, current challenges with reference to socio-economic conditions and development prospects. This report has been prepared by the State Agency for Environmental Protection and Forestry of the Kyrgyz Republic with the participation of interested departments, international and local experts. In preparing the report, materials and reports of international organizations - the OSCE, were used,UNESCO, UNDP, etc. Доклад о ходе осуществления стратегии ЕЭК ООН для образования в интересах устойчивого развития Année de publication: 2010 Auteur institutionnel: Государственное агентство охраны окружающей среды и лесного хозяйства (Кыргызстан) Данный отчет направлен на оценку результатов осуществления стратегии ЕЭК ООН для образования в интересах устойчивого развития в Кыргызской Республике в рамках проводимого Организацией Объединенных Наций Десятилетия образования в интересах устойчивого развития (2005-2014 годы).
