다문화가정대상국가와의 교육교류사업 후속활동 길라잡이 발행 연도: 2023 단체 저자: 유네스코 아시아태평양 국제이해교육원 The Asia-Pacific Teacher Exchange for Global Education(APTE) is a bilateral teacher exchange programme between the Republic of Korea and Asia-Pacific countries, hosted by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Korea (MOE ROK) and implemented by the Asia-Pacific Centre of Education for International Understanding under the auspices of UNESCO (APCEIU), in collaboration with the Ministries of Education of the partner countries. Since 2012, the Office of International Teacher Exchange of APCEIU has been playing a pivotal role in implementing APTE. Legal Mechanisms for Participation of Legal Minorities in Tajikistan and Their Implementation: Comparison of the Framework Convention and Tajikistan’s Legislation 발행 연도: 2022 저자: Berdikulov A. 단체 저자: Central Asian Bureau for Analytical Reporting (CABAR) The policy analyzes the legal framework and provisions aimed at protecting the rights of national minorities in Tajikistan, and also provides a comparison of Tajik and European legislation regarding national minorities. Particular emphasis is placed on what legislative and legal practices from the European experience can be used as examples in the Tajik context in order to improve national legislation for the protection of national minorities and their rights. Recommendations are formulated for a number of ministries and the government of Tajikistan, for international donors, as well as for representatives of national minorities. Особый акцент сделан на том, какие законодательные и правовые практики из европейского опыта могут быть использованы в качестве примеров в таджикском контексте с целью совершенствования национального законодательства по защите национальных меньшинств и их прав. Сформулированы рекомендации, предназначенные для ряда министерств и правительства Таджикистана, для международных доноров, а также для представителей национальных меньшинств.

A New Social Contract for Education: Advancing a Paradigm of Relational Interconnectedness 발행 연도: 2023 저자: Elena Toukan 단체 저자: UNESCO This paper looks at recent calls for “a new social contract for education” through the lens of a relational ontology for humanity and a living planet. Through a critical view of social contract theory, the paper looks at how this call can be an entry point to a deeper paradigmatic shift in framing questions of justice, social organization, and education itself. It proposes a shift from a rules-based transactional model to a relationship-based model grounded in understanding and appreciation of interdependence and interconnectedness. In order to shape more just and sustainable futures for humanity and the planet, a new social contract for education will need to transcend atomistic, transactional, and adversarial social dynamics and instead be organized around relational interconnectedness. Un nuevo contrato social para la educación: promover un paradigma de interconexión relacional y los conocimientos 발행 연도: 2023 저자: Elena Toukan 단체 저자: UNESCO En el presente artículo se examinan los recientes llamamientos a “un nuevo contrato social para la educación” a través de la lente de una ontología relacional para la humanidad y un planeta vivo. Mediante una visión crítica de la teoría del contrato social, el artículo examina cómo este llamamiento puede ser un punto de partida hacia un cambio paradigmático más profundo a la hora de enmarcar cuestiones de justicia, organización social y la propia educación. Propone pasar de un modelo transaccional basado en normas a un modelo basado en relaciones y fundamentado en la comprensión y la apreciación de la interdependencia y la interconexión. Con miras a forjar futuros más justos y sostenibles para la humanidad y el planeta, el nuevo contrato social para la educación deberá trascender las dinámicas sociales atomistas, transaccionales y de confrontación y organizarse en torno a la interconexión relacional.
