Palestinian Civic Education Curriculum and its Role in Democratic Upbringing of Basic Stage Students in Palestine: Case Study, Nablus Governorate 1994-2006 Год публикации: 2007 Автор: حسين، نذير أحمد مصطفى Организация-автор: An-Najah National University This study aims to investigate the role of Civic Education in the democratic upbringing of students in the basic education classes, in Palestine. Civic Education can play a major role if its topics are in line with the relevant ongoing comprehensive development plans of which political developments occupies the front seat. Civic Education is seen as a Palestinian societal necessity towards democratic transition in the unique Palestinian situation...and within the framewoork of an effective educational system that is comprehensive, systematic, and modern, where it takes into consideration the structure and nature of the Palestinian society and its Arab-Islamic roots in the aspired state of Palestine. Since its launch as an independent course in Palestinian schools, Civic Education has been suffering from two obstacles vague philosophical and conceptual framework (which leads to lack of harmony between the educator and the teaching material thus reflecting itself on the students),and the dominant social climate (which is affected by the Israeli occupation and the political situation in Palestine). those are obstacle to the democratic upbringing which might otherwise satisfy the needs of the nation. Democracy in civic education here is offered from the standpoint that it is a quest to catch up with the contemporary needs. The democratic concepts in the curriculum are parallel to those in the West, without identifying the Arab-Islamic thought in the Palestinian society. this is expected to generate conflict due to the differences between two totally different societies (religion, culture, civilization, history, ideology, regime, and others). This study concludes that Palestinian civic education should take into consideration the fact that democracy is not a ready-made model that can be applied blindly in Palestine. In other words, democratic upbringing in Palestine should adopt only what rhymes with Palestinian values, laws, history and the peculiar circumstances. 
التسامح والانتقام وعلاقتهما بسمات الشخصية لدى عينة من طلبة الجامعة Год публикации: 2017 Автор: نوره، سعد Организация-автор: Islamic University of Gaza هدف البحث إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين كل من التسامح والانتقام وسمات الشخصية لدى طلبة الجامعة، كذلك الكشف عن الفروق في التسامح والانتقام بين الذكور والإناث. أجري البحث على عينة مكونة من (324) طالب وطالبة من طلبة جامعة الامام محمد بن سعود الاسلامية، وباستخدام مقياس سمة التسامح (تعريب الباحثة) ومقياس الانتقام (تعريب الباحثة) ومقياس العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية تعريب جرادات وأبو غزال(2010). أشارت النتائج إلى وجود ارتباط سالب ودال إحصائياً بين التسامح والانتقام، كما ظهرت ارتباطات موجبة ودالة إحصائياً بين التسامح وكل من الانبساطية، والمقبولية، ويقظة الضمير، والانفتاح على الخبرة، في حين كان الارتباط سالباً ودالاً إحصائياً بين التسامح والعصابية، كما وجدت علاقة سالبة ودالة إحصائياً بين الانتقام وكل من الانبساطية، ويقظة الضمير، والانفتاح على الخبرة، والمقبولية، وعلاقة موجبة ودالة إحصائياً بين الانتقام والعصابية. كما ظهرت فروق بين الجنسين في التسامح وكانت الفروق باتجاه الإناث، في حين كانت الفروق في الانتقام بين الجنسين دالة وباتجاه الذكور، وتمت مناقشة النتائج في ضوء الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة. Forgiveness, Revenge and their Relationship with Personality Traits among Sample of University Students Год публикации: 2017 Автор: نوره، سعد Организация-автор: Islamic University of Gaza The current study aims to determine the relationship between forgiveness, revenge and personality traits among university students, and the differences regarding forgiveness and vengeance among males and females. The Study Sample consisted of (324) of university students (160 males, 164 female). The researcher used the forgiveness trait scale, vengeance scale and the big five factors of personality inventory.The results showed that there is significant negative correlation between forgiveness and revenge, and positive correlation between forgiveness, agreeableness, openness to experience, extroversion and conscientiousness, and they showed negative correlation with neuroticism. There is a significant negative coloration between revenge and agreeableness, openness to experience, extroversion and conscientiousness, and positive corrolation with neuroticism. The results indicated that there is a significant different between males and females regarding forgiveness and revenge. 
درجة امتلاك طلبة جامعة القصيم لثقافة الحوار، ودورها في تعزيز التسامح : دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة جامعة القصيم Год публикации: 2017 Автор: الصمادي، هند سمعان Организация-автор: International Group for Consulting and Training (IGCT) هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة امتلاك طلبة القصيم لثقافة الحوار ودورها في تعزيز التسامح من وجهة نظر طلبة جامعة القصيم، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بتصميم استبانة تكونت من (48) فقرة، تم تطبيقها على عينة الدراسة المكونة من (375) طالبا وطالبة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. أسفرت النتائج عن أن درجة امتلاك طلبة جامعة القصيم لثقافة الحوار جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا لأثر متغير الجنس، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لأثر السنة الدراسية ولصالح السنة الرابعة، ولمتغير التخصص ولصالح تخصص العلوم، وأظهرت النتائج أن دور ثقافة الحوار في تعزيز التسامح جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وجاء مجال التسامح الفكري في المرتبة الأولى، بينما جاء مجال التسامح الاجتماعي في المرتبة الأخيرة، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لأثر متغير الجنس في مجالات الأداة، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لأثر السنة الدراسية ولصالح السنة الرابعة في مجالي التسامح الديني والسياسي، ولمتغير التخصص ولصالح تخصص العلوم في كل المجالات باستثناء مجال التسامح الاجتماعي، وفي الدرجة الكلية. وأوصت الباحثة بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات في هذا المجال. The Extent to which the Students of Qassim University Posses the Dialogue Culture and Its Role in Promoting Tolerance Год публикации: 2017 Автор: الصمادي، هند سمعان Организация-автор: International Group for Consulting and Training (IGCT) The current study aimed to identify the extent to which the students of Qassim University possess the dialogue culture and its role in promoting tolerance from their point of view. To achieve the aim of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire which was applied on a stratified study sample.The researcher adopted the analytical descriptive approach. The outcomes showed that the degree of possessing the culture of dialogue among the students was average with an arithmetic mean،and there were no statistically significant differences attributed to gender variable. In addition, the findings detected that there were statistically significant differences attributed to study year and to the discipline variable and that the role of dialogue culture in promoting tolerance was average with an arithmetic mean.The intellectual tolerance had the highest mean, whereas the social tolerance had the lowest mean. Furthermore, the results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences attributed to gender variable, and that there were statistically significant differences attributed to the study year variable. The researcher recommends that more studies should be conducted in the domain of social tolerance. 
التربية على المواطنة وحقوق الإنسان مشروع تكوين مواطن الغد Год публикации: 2014 Автор: العماري، الصديق الصادقي هدفت هذه المقالة إلى إدماج ثقافة المواطنة وحقوق الإنسان كبيداغوجيا في الحقل التعليمي، وترسيخ تلك الثقافة عبر التربية الشاملة، مع تأطير ذلك كله داخل فضاء ثقافي مجتمعي عقلاني. لكن هذا الهدف لن يتحقق إلا باعتماد فلسفة تربوية تقوم على برامج ومناهج حية تستهدف ترسيخ قيم المواطنة والسلوك المدني وقيم حقوق الإنسان، يكون لها آثار إيجابية على الفرد والمجتمع. وقد تمّت معالجة هذا الموضوع من خلال الإجابة عن الأسئلة التالية: ما هي علاقة التربية بمنظومة القيم؟ كيف تساهم التربية على قيم المواطنة وقيم حقوق الإنسان في تكوين متعلم اليوم، وتأهيله ليصبح مواطن الغد؟ هل يكفي اعتماد هذه التربية القيمية في البرامج والمناهج التعليمية للحكم على سلوك المتعلم بالاستقامة والصلاح بما يجعله مستقبلا مواطنا صالحا؟ أم أن هناك إجراءات أخرى أساسية إضافة إلى الفلسفة التربوية المعتمدة؟ وقد ختمت الورقة بتحديد معالم التربية على المواطنة وحقوق الإنسان والتي تتمثل في أن يكون للأفراد الثقة في هويتهم وأن يعملوا من أجل تحقيق السلام وحقوق الإنسان في مجتمعهم وذلك من خلال: تحمل المسؤولية الاجتماعية، التعاون من أجل معالجة المشكلات، احترام الاختلافات بين الناس، دعم التضامن والعدالة. Education on Citizenship and Human Rights: A Project for Training the Human Being of Tomorrow Год публикации: 2014 Автор: العماري، الصديق الصادقي This article aimed to integrate citizenship culture and human rights as pedagogy into education and to consolidate that culture through global education while farming all of this within a social, cultural and rational space. However, this aim won’t be realized unless an education philosophy is adopted that is based on lively curricula and programs aiming at consolidating the values of citizenship, civic behavior and human rights, a philosophy that has positive impact on the individual and on society.This topic was treated by responding to these questions: How is the system of values related to education? How does education on citizenship values and human rights values contribute to the development of today’s learner and to his/her qualification to become tomorrow’s citizen?Would the adoption of these values based education into the educational curricula and programs suffice to judge the learner’s behavior as being straight and correct enough to qualify him/her to be the good citizen of the future? Or are there other fundamental additional procedures than the adopted education philosophy?The paper concluded with defining the aspects of the education on citizenship and human rights expressed in the ability of individuals to have confidence in their identity and to work for peace and human rights in their society through the following: shouldering social responsibility, cooperate for the sake of solving problems, respect differences among people and support solidarity and justice.

Le chapitre 3 examine certaines des caractéristiques structurales de la société, le système politique et les établissements scolaires du Canada, et la manière dont ceux-ci ont contribué à une expérience strictement canadienne en matière d’éducation planétaire. Nous avons également examiné la configuration actuelle des acteurs participant aux activités relatives à l’éducation planétaire et pratique canadienne, selon une perspective comparative.Les six chapitres suivants présentent une brève étude de cas de la pratique en matière d’éducation planétaire de chaque province ou territoire aux trois paliers d’application (des écoles, des districts et de la province). Nous présentons enfin une série de recommandations, parmi lesquelles le besoin, selon nous, d’une nouvelle étude sur l’éducation planétaire au Canada.
