Education aux droits de l'homme Год публикации: 2013 Организация-автор: Organisation des Nations Unies pour l'éducation, la science et la culture (UNESCO) The Education Sector is called to implement a significant and broad mandate, covering many challenging issues in education in a diverse and fast-changing world. More than ever, we need to better focus and ensure greater cohesion in implementing this mandate. This document is part of a series of Technical Notes that have been developed by colleagues in the Education Sector in order to facilitate programme delivery in thematic areas related to the work of the Sector. The Technical Notes are meant to serve as a quick reference tool for UNESCO staff, providing a brief overview including basic knowledge, key priorities for UNESCO and future directions as well as practical information on each topic. Despite this, human rights violations remain widespread. ◗ Educating children and adults on human rights is essential. Individuals and groups must understand their rights in order to see them upheld and to ensure that their own behavior does not compromise the rights of others. ◗ States have an obligation to promote human rights and human rights education is now recognized as a right in itself. ◗ UNESCO, along with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, co-leads the World Programme for Human Rights Education (2005-ongoing).

Многие люди верят, что это так. И они отвечают на такую возможность введением цензуры, слежкой и контрпропагандой. Но что мы действительно знаем об Интернете как о причине и что мы знаем о влиянии этих реакций? Во всем мире правительства и интернет-компании принимают решения на основе предположений о причинах и средствах защиты от насильственных нападений. Задача состоит в том, чтобы обеспечить надежные обоснования для проводимого анализа и принимаемых ответных мер. Необходима политика, которая строится на основе фактов и доказательств, а не основывается на догадках - или движимая паникой и страхом. Именно в этом контексте ЮНЕСКО заказала исследование под названием «Молодежь и насильственный экстремизм в социальных сетях». В данной работе представлено глобальное сопоставление исследований (проведенных в основном в период 2012-2016 гг.), посвященных изучению предполагаемой роли, которую играют социальные сети в процессах насильственной радикализации, особенно когда они затрагивают молодежь и женщин. 
[Summary] Re|shaping Cultural Policies: Advancing Creativity for Development; 2005 Convention Global Report, 2018: Summary Год публикации: 2017 Организация-автор: UNESCO The Global Report series has been designed to monitor the implementation of the UNESCO Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions (2005). It also provides evidence of how this implementation process contributes to attaining the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals and targets.The 2018 Global Report analyses progress achieved in implementing the 2005 Convention since the first Global Report was published in 2015.Grounded in the analysis of the Quadrennial Periodic Reports submitted by Parties to the Convention and relevant new findings, this report examines how the 2005 Convention has inspired policy change at the global and country level in ten areas of monitoring. It puts forward a set of policy recommendations for the future, addressing the adaptation of cultural policies to rapid change in the digital environment, based on human rights and fundamental freedoms.When deployed together, the two editions of the Global Report are beginning to produce new and valuable evidence to inform cultural policy making and advance creativity for development.
