This document describes the experiences and narratives of women and women leaders and defenders of Choco, Nariño, Antioquia and Cauca in the implementation of the Development Programs with a Territorial Approach (PDET) are a state planning and management instrument that seeks to implement prioritized and coordinated manner the sectoral plans and programs within the framework of the Comprehensive Rural Reform (RRI), in coordination with the territorial development plans, in the 16 subregions that group the 170 prioritized municipalities, and thus contribute to the structural and comprehensive transformation of the field.
