The factors associated with a Woman and Causing her Violence from her Husband from This point of view Psychologists, Social and legal Professionals Working with abused Women Année de publication: 2020 Auteur: Muhammad Hadi Al Shehri، Abdul Qader Muhammad Atoum This study aimed at investigating the extent and the spread factors related to women, which cause husband’s violence against his wife as perceived by the psychological, social, and legal experts who work with bittered women.The sample of the study consisted of (54) social and psychological workers, and legal experts who answered 62-item questionnaire that covers four domains: personal, health, social, and economic aspect. The results of this analysis revealed that the degree of women–related factors that cause husband’s violence against his wife was moderate. And there wasn’t any significant difference due to being psychological workers, social workers, and legal experts in relation to gender, qualification, specialization, and experience in determining these factors.Moreover, the study revealed that the first and the most frequent domain, which caused husband’s violence, was the social domain (83%) of variation, while health (hygienic) domain became as second (9%) of variation. The third domain was the personal, (5%) of variation. The analysis showed that the economic domain had no effect at all. Regarding the results, the researchers recommended the necessity of implementing prevention and treatment programs in order to overcome the problem of violence practices against women. Furthermore, the researcher recommended the necessity of activating the role of media, in order to shed light upon the violence issue against women for the sake of clarifying and exploring the negative effects of this phenomena on the community in general and the family in particular. 
العنف ضد المرأة، صوره وآليات الحماية القانونية منه على ضوء القانون رقم 15-19لسنة 2015 Année de publication: 2020 Auteur: Houbah Abdel Qader,Awad Fateha تناولت الدراسة موضوع العنف ضد المرأة، وكذا مظاهر وآليات الحماية القانونية لها ضد العنف المادي والمعنوي المارس ضدها، وقد فرضت طبيعة الموضوع التطرق إلى أهم ما جاء به المشرع الجنائي الجزائري من نصوص تجرم العنف ضد المرأة بشكل صريح، وخاصة ما تعلق منه بالعنف الجسدي والعنف الجنسي واللفظي ...، حيث تشكل في مجملها مظاهر وأشكال للعنف. وقد كشفت هذه الدراسة أهم النصوص القانونية، التي استحدثها المشرع في التعديل الأخير لقانون العقوبات سنة 2015، حيث تم فيه تجريم بعض صور العنف الممارس ضد المرأة داخل الأسرة وخارجها، أبرزها العنف الجسدي واللفظي، زيادة على العنف المعنوي كالإهمال العائلي والتحرش الجنسي، وغيرها من مظاهر العنف الذي يطال المرأة في المجالين الخاص العام. ولقد شدد المشرع في العقوبة على مرتكبيها في إطار تجسيد الحماية القانونية للمرأة ضد العنف، وذلك من خلال سياسة التجريم والتشديد في العقوبة على مرتكبي أفعال العنف لاسيما المرتكب ضد المرأة. It has been widespread in recent years since the beginning of this millennium, as violence in its material and moral appearance has become a real threat to all vulnerable groups in societies. Violence against women in all its forms is also considered a crime punishable by law, which requires combating, criminalizing it, and emphasizing its perpetrators. Since violence against women is a crime recognized today locally and internationally, most laws and legislations have come to condemn it. It also recognizes its serious, health and psychological effects on women specifically. This research paper discusses the forms of physical and moral violence practiced against her, and to identify the mechanisms adopted by the criminal Algerian legislator following the recent changes taking place in the Penal Code for the year 2015 in order to combat violence. 
دور المرأة في قيادة التغيير: دراسة تطبيقية على منظمات المرأة العاملة في الأردن Année de publication: 2020 Auteur: RukayaAlBadarin هدفت الدراسة الى تعرف الدور الذي تقوم به المرأة الأردنية في قيادة التغيير، وأهم الخصائص القيادية والمهارات التي تتمتع بها، وأثر هذه الخصائص والمهارات على قدرتها في قيادة عملية التغيير في منظمات الأعمال الأردنية، وهدفت الدراسة أيضا الى التعرف على أهم الطرق والاستراتيجيات التي تستخدمها المرأة الأردنية في قيادة التغيير، وأثر هذه الاستراتيجيات التي تستخدمها المرأة الأردنية في قيادة التغيير، وأثر هذه الاستراتيجيات على قدرتها في قيادة عملية التغيير. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، فقد تم توزيع مجموعة من الاستبانات التي تم تصميمها لفحص متغيرات الدراسة على ثماني عشرة منظمة من منظمات المرأة العاملة في الأردن، حيث تم توزيع الاستبانة على العاملين كافة في هذه المنظمات، وبلغ عدد الاستبانات الراجعة الصالحة للتحليل (254) استبانة، وتوصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: • وجود أثر إيجابي بدلالة إحصائية للخصائص القيادية التي تتمتع بها المرأة الأردنية على دورها في قيادة التغيير التنظيمي. • وجود أثر إيجابي بدلالة إحصائية للمهارات القيادية التي تتمتع بها المرأة الأردنية على دورها في قيادة التغير التنظيمي. • وجود أثر إيجابي بدلالة إحصائية للطرق والاستراتيجيات التي تستخدمها المرأة الأردنية في إدارة التغيير على دورها في قيادة التغيير التنظيمي. • تمتلك المرأة الأردنية القدرة الكافية للقيام بالدور المطلوب في قيادة عملية. The study also aimed to get awareness about the characteristics of leadership skills, the change strategies that women possess/use and their impact on women’s capabil- ities in leading change in Jordanian organizations. To meet the objec- tives of the study, a relevant questionnaire was designed and distributed to all employees in about 18 women’s organizations operating in Jordan, from which (254) questionnaires were suitable for analysis and discussion.

The current study is one of the descriptive studies that relied on the case study approach and the content analysis, by analyzing the content of the tweets, (1181) tweets divided into (730) tweets published through the official account of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s mission to the United States via Twitter, as well as (451) tweets published through the official account of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s mission to the United Kingdom.

In a short period of time, the UAE overcame many obstacles to emerge as an important educational center in the region, attracting foreign students, academics, and higher education institutions wishing to be present in this region of the world. In this research, we describe higher education in the United Arab Emirates: we describe the types of higher education institutions in the country, and the official bodies regulating higher education (Regulators), and we talk about the vision of the country's leadership for scientific research and the development of educational institutions, as expressed in the National Agendas related to technology and scientific research and higher education. How is the governance of higher education institutions affected by these factors? The research focuses on the educational institutions’ keeping pace with the future challenges of the rapid development of science and technology, what is known today as the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and how this revolution, whose features have begun to take shape, will affect the strategic directions of educational institutions and the governance of higher education institutions in the UAE in the twenty-first century.

أثر برامج التأهيل المجتمعي على المشكلات السلوكيّة لدى الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة ونوعيّةُ الحياة لدى أسرهم Année de publication: 2022 Auteur: Mohammad Abedel Hameed هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر برامج التأهيل المجتمعيّ على المشكلات السلوكيّة لدى الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة ونوعيّة الحياة لدى أُسرهم. وقد تم اختيار عينة مكونة من (115) أسرة من أسر الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة (75 أسرة منتفعة من التأهيل المجتمعي و40 أسرة غير منتفعة). واستخدم مقياس للمشكلات السلوكية ومقياس لنوعية الحياة. أفادت النتائج بوجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المشكلات السلوكية بين المنتفعين وغير المنتفعين لصالح الفئة الأولى فقد جاءت درجة المشكلات السلوكية لدى أطفال الأسر المنتفعة متوسطة, في حين كانت مرتفعة لدى أطفال الأسر غير المنتفعة, ووجود فروق في درجة المشكلات السلوكيّة, تُعزى لطول مدّة تلقّي الخدمات لصالح فئة متلقّي الخدمات لمدّة أطول, وعدم وجود فروق تعزى لجِنس الطفل. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة أيضاً إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة نوعية الحياة لدى الأسر تعزى لمتغير تلقّي التأهيل, وكانت الفروق لصالح الأسر المنتفعة إذ جاءت نوعية الحياة لديهم بدرجة متوسطة على جميع أبعاد المقياس في حين جاءت لدى الأسر غير المنتفعة بدرجة منخفضة, على جميع الأبعاد ما عدا بُعد الحالة الصحية الذي جاء بدرجة متوسطة.
