International humanitarian law, along with other legal systems, reinforces legal provisions aimed at ensuring that individuals obtain their right to education, which is often violated in situations of armed conflict. The research was divided into three sections, the first included the concept of the right to education, while the second dealt with the mechanisms of international humanitarian law in protecting the right to education, while the third section presented legal means to confront violations of the right to education.
Challenges of Distance Education Facing Students with Learning Disabilities from the Teachers’ Perspective (Arts for Psychological & Educational Studies; vol. 1, no. 14) Year of publication: 2022 Author: Abd al-Rahman al-Matroudi | Abdullah Al-Rubaian Corporate author: Dhamar University The current study aimed to identify the challenges of distance education facing students with learning disabilities in the primary schools of Al Qassim region from the teachers’ perspective. The study sample consisted of 92 teachers of learning disabilities (58) males and (34) females. To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive survey method was used by designing a questionnaire to collect the study data. The study revealed many interesting findings, the most important of which is teachers’ insufficient knowledge of the necessary curriculum modifications needed to meet the needs of their students during distance education. The results also revealed statistically significant differences in teachers’ responses to distance education challenges facing students with learning disabilities in the primary schools due to gender differences, in favor of males. Based on these results, it was recommended that effective educational alternatives be provided by educational institutions in the case of communication problems or internet outages. These alternatives would enable students with learning disabilities to continue learning and get the fullest benefits.

From the first day they cross the university's threshold, a co-curricular curriculum is implemented in parallel with the academic programs and curricular and extracurricular activities, and is a major and integral part of their educational career and university experience.The Massari program draws its general intellectual framework from the experience and expertise of Birzeit University in developing the conceptual and programmatic framework for life skills and citizenship education for the Middle East and North Africa, within the framework of a joint regional initiative launched by UNICEF in 2015 in cooperation with countries in the region and international institutions.

This report aims to support this process. It provides an overview of international evidence on the different ways in which violence harms children’s mental health, highlighting the urgent need for action. In doing so, the report considers diverse settings and forms of violence, the developmental differences in the effects of violence, and the most significant risk and protective factors. The report also highlights solutions, recognizing that despite the continuing gaps in our knowledge, there are effective approaches that should be pursued.
Teachers' Attitudes Towards Integrating People with Special Needs with Ordinary Students (Psychological Science; issue 27) Year of publication: 2018 Author: Ahmed Ismail Corporate author: Algeria. Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research The study aimed to know the attitudes and opinions of primary school teachers about the integration of children with special needs in primary schools in the Baghdad Education Directorate - Karkh/2. The study sample consisted of (100) male and female teachers. The study used the questionnaire tool, which included (30) items. In terms of the first objective, which is teachers' attitudes towards integrating people with special needs in regular schools, the study concluded that teachers had attitudes towards inclusion, and it also showed the significance of differences in teachers' attitudes toward inclusion according to gender variables (males, females) and years of service (15), One year and less) and (16 years and over). Also, it indicated that there are differences due to female gender in the trend towards integration.
